“Huge thanks and much appreciation to Jay for helping with my order. Great customer service with email or telephone contact for information or assistance with order support and even a call back if required. A telephone hotline with a real human at the other end to talk with, even at weekends. Jay kindly phoned back as promised with the information required. A nice chat too about Ben Nevis and last nights Aurora Borealis etc which was a lovely personal touch after a very stressful week. Just so nice. Wonderful 👍 A real credit to your company and such an effective and lovely way to run your business, especially in this day and age. Order also arrived quickly and was well packaged and got to us promptly and in one piece. Excellent, given it was coming all the way from London and we are away up in the Highlands. Brilliant!! Much better customer service than most bigger companies. Well done Tooled Up! A great example of a company taking care of their customers. Other companies take note as they can learn alot from your approach to running your business! I will definitely order from Toolled Up again and will recommend to others. “Living in the far reaches beyond ‘The Wall’ it’s not often you find online shops/purchases without exorbitant delivery charges - Tooled-Up are not one of those! Easy website to access/search/place order and really quick despatch. Definitely check them again when I’m looking for tools. Thanks for a great service folks”
