“Ordered an Einhell GE-LS 18 Li 18v Cordless Garden Pruning Shears. Very prompt service and well informed of order progress. Order came well packaged and on time. The pruning shears have proved very useful already and seemed well made.”

“Worst online shopping experience ever. I was due to receive an order from Tooled-up, it arrived but the package only contained one item, instead of three. I contacted them and was told all the items were sent and that was the end of the matter. I pushed with more emails and got nowhere. I felt like I was in the wrong. A big firm like these and they wouldn't resend the missing items which were only £9 in total. I reordered the missing items, they said they would refund the postage as a goodwill gesture, after a week no refund, I had to push for that and eventually got it. You can always tell a good company when you need something sorting and these weren't that. I felt let down, I paid for the items and I expected to receive them. I'm still not happy and will never buy from these guys again, they seem to have enough people working in customer service, but they don't help in the way that's needed. Think about this, there are lots of online tool sellers. And for a mere £9 they could of put this right and got a happy, returning customer and had a good review from me.”

“Scammers Free Battery offer as in the description is a lie. Even after putting the item in the basket the offer remained on screen. Told by "sales" the offer was only only on certain items, despite it being on the screen whilst shopping.”

“Tried the blower, enough power to do the job easily, switched over to the vacuum, again did the job easily, not heavy (being in my eighties) was still able to not use the strap but would probably use it when the leaves really fall as I have two large trees. Combined with a quick delivery and a good quality made product I am well pleased and would buy again. Recommended and grateful thanks.”

“I purchased two items, one of which got cancelled after several days. The final item appeared around 12 days later, no emails no messages to say what the delivery was. These days you have become accustomed to having delivery within a couple of days and sometimes even longer which I have no problem with but to cancel an item after several days and then not communicate on a long delivery in my opinion is poor service. Packaging was decent though.”
