“The items were delivered in a presentation box totally unsuitable for carrier delivery and additional items added which overloaded the box causing it to burst open The delivery was 2 hours earlier than the window and left in insecure position and recorded that I had received it personally when I was not at home”

“I ordered a lawnmower paid the extra fee to pick the day it would be delivered on, it arrived four days later with the box all battered. Havent opened it yet for fear of what I may find but from a service point of view - if you charge extra for picking your delivery day then you need to hit that day. If you cannot hit that day (totally fair it happens) then you should automatically give the compensation for not receiving the service I paid for”

“I bopught a lawnmower.Price was £20 less than leading superstore for same model. Communication was excellent from acknowlegment of order, invoice, picking notice, packing, notice, then from DFL with very fast delivery at exactly the time mentioned in an email message. Highly recommended.”

“I had an initial query which TOOLED-UP responded to within minutes. The strummer is a wonderful tool, my old one was heavy and I had to pull the lead behind me everywhere, with the cordless it is so light it's easier to control and with no lead is so much easier and faster.”

“One Einhell cordless chainsaw arrived a day ahead of schedule. It was very well packed in its original unopened package protected by external packing. If I have a grouse (and it's more by way of advice/comment) email updates would have been both reassuring and helpful. Other than that, good service, one to remember.”
