“Price, Product, Purchase easy, Post delivered in 2 days. Price lowest of those suppliers suggested by Products (Bosch) web site, Product is longer than one supplied when pressure washer purchased and interestingly fits better than original. (6m Pressure Water Hose) Clear web site, secure payment, and follow up information clear and concise. Only down side " Didn't know about Tooled-UP when actively buying tools".”

“Have bought a few items from you over time and the products and price have always been very good. Have not used my new mower yet but I have set it up ready for its first use. A small coment re delivery. The box arrived and had clearly already been opened and then had two strapping bands around it to keep it closed. The bands had cut into the box slightly damageing it. This was a bit concerning but I opened it anyway. The extra blade I had ordered was inside as was the battery and charger so I assume that the box had been opened to put these items in it . The box for the battery was also open but the battery looked new. The grass box was not in the plastic bag that it should have been in and the bag was just laying in the carton. Hopefully everything is OK but just to let you know that the initial impression was not great as it all felt that I was handling something that had already been handled or perhaps returned.”

“The chuck key I ordered for the Makits 3010 right angle electric drill is not correct. The centre shaft that locates in the chuck ahead of the gear teeth is too small. This will eventually lead to rounding off of the chuck teeth. The key is superior to the original in design apart from this, being made stronger in design. If the centre shaft had been the correct size I would have given it 10 out of 10”
