“Happy order but the free gift was only with item bought with extras. not very clear. Also I am having an issue with Bosch on getting my free battery as Tooled Up do not put model number on invoice which Bosch say is required. Maybe Tooled up need to rectify this.”

“The item purchased was offered at a competitive price, on-line ordering was easy, delivery was particularly speedy. The item was undamaged ( hedge trimmer) . However the packing method could be improved. The hedge trimmer (Bosch) was in its manufacturers cardboard box, with two white 1cm? wide straps around it, one each towrds each end of the box. These straps had probably been used in transit for lifting the package , and with the weight of the item, the straps had cut through the manufacturers cardboard box, fortunatly not enough to damage the item. See photos.”

“I bought a Bosch 18V hand held vacuum. The Bosch is proving to be an exceptional handy device to have around the home. Producing a powerful suction with a good variety of additional tools. Good in the home and useful for the car. Very good price point and a fair and reasonably priced delivery method. Having said that the delivery was a day later than advised. This was down to the courier and not Tooled-Up.”

“Not bad value for a Bosch Lawnmower but rather misleading delivery charges. When i found out about delivery charge it was from £7.95. I avoided expensive next day delivery and appeared to have accepted the standard charge when the order appeared the delivery charge was £8.26 + VAT (£1.65), a total of £9.91 it was unclear why this small extra charge had appeared but I couldn't back track easily so I accepted it with resentment thinking if TOOLED-UP skim extra charges in this way I shall not but from them again.”

“We ordered a B;ack and Decker Trimmer and a Gardenia wheeled hosepipe. Both arrived quickly. We are really pleased with our purchases and they will make life on our allotment much easier. I have used the grass trimmer and was very pleased with it's performance and ease of use.”
