“I ordered a spare bettery for my Blak & Decker strimmer and the first one which arrived would not hold its charge. I spoke to Chloe, who could not have been more helpful and within an hour had emailed me to say they would replace the faulty battery free of charge - the new one arrived iwthin three days, superb sevice throughuot and I would definitely recommend Tooled-Up to anyone. Thank you you for being a stand out company.”
