“Package arrived in very poor condition with the cardboard torn and all the tools moving freely. The stainless steel was also tarnished and marked. Cannot gift this to someone as a Christmas present. Very very disappointed. Will not be buying from this company again.”

“Appalling attitude. I purchased a Black and Decker BEBLV300 Garden Vacuum and Leaf Blower with Back Pack Collection from Tooled Up. Very difficult to assemble and had to use silicone spray to fit the tubes. It would not work and checked on their website which stated it may be a problem with the microswitch and to turn the tube until it clicks. Tried that but no luck so returned it, paying the retune postage. Tooled up claim it was working and deducted me £15.95 plus the postage I paid £12-66. They ignore all emails, therefore it has to be trading standards. No wonder people use Amazon.”

“Great price, quick despatch. But the delivery was a huge mess. No notifications at all, despite saying they'd keep you up to date. I'll choose products at other online shops and particularly not with DHL, for peace of mind, even if it costs more.”

“Not happy that I ordered a screwdriver set that was advertised as Torque screwdriver set with certificate. The fact that a certificate is mentioned in description portrays that it is calibrated etc. The item came, no way it was a torque driver and with no certificate !”
