“Great bit of kit. Helpful if you have the 2.0 ohm 18vbattery from the other garden kit so it lasts longer. Powerful enough and a great price. Still need to see what it's like with autumn debris”

“As usual, good service and price, although the delivery charge to the Channel Islands, where I live, is now quite high. However, this is largely offset by the automatic removal of VAT, which does not apply to Channel Islands purchases. Delivery took a fortnight, but that is not unusual for my location.”

“VERY GOOD - After I placed my order for 2 items - good prices btw - I noticed another item which was also a good buy if not bought separately (delivery charge is noticeable.). Tried to call but couldn't get through so emailed. Response within an hour allowed addition with no additional delivery so that's good. Unfortunately one item delayed over the weekend but will hopefully arrive today.”

“I would have given a five star rating except that when the package arrived there were a couple of labels on the side that stated ‘no batteries and charger within’. I was reluctant to open the courier delivered the package until I had spoken with your customer service the following day. Guess what… Batteries and charger were inside. In future why not put a large Cross a large cross through the no batteries/charger labels to avoid confusion!”

“The Bosch battery charger arrived promptly. Fortunately, it was in a sturdy cardboard box. The much thinner cardboard envelope the box was placed in, arrived badly holed. No damage was caused to the charger but if the hole had been bigger the box may have become separated from the envelope.”

“The item I ordered arrived quickly as per what I had ordered, to the time frames indicated on the site. Used it the next day and made short work of the hedges I was trimming. Didn't receive the free lubricant that was on the offer, but I wasn't in need of that anyway.”

“I was unable to order online as your system would not let me input my address, so I phoned to try to sort this out. The technical people had gone, but the young lady who answered was great and took my order over the phone, helping me get what I wanted. She was worth 5 stars!”
