Only 1 star I'm afraid after a bad experience. First time I've ever used tooledup and will be the last time. Ordered a Wolf Garten soil miller tool on 28.03.21 Left if for over a week before I contacted them. They said it would arrive on 17.04.21 then I received an email saying the order was delayed again and the earliest date would be 30.04.21 before they even had them in stock. I asked if they ever carried this tool in stock and they replied they order them in. That's a bit naughty of tooledup to sell things that they don't even have in stock. In the end i cancelled the order, found it cheaper elsewhere and it arrived in 3 days.

no reciept payment invoice enquired part missing rang refused to acceptmy enquiry told to email or write emailed told order no required i emailed again no reply given waste of my time waiting for answer emailed hozelock for part recieved next day

I have not received the product yet. I have had no information, other than that it has been packed. DHL have no information on my delivery.

Perfect timing. I don't normally complete reviews as they seem pointless but in this case I feel the need to emphasise my disappointment; having ordered a black and decker multitool I received, quickly I must add, a battery charger in error. I emailed tooled up the same day but received no reply so phoned the following day and was told I had to wait for a returns label, send the erroneous item back before being sent the correct item, hopefully. Whilst I'm fortunate that I don't need the tool in a hurry the fact it wasn't my error should put the onus on the supplier to make amends, ASAP and supply the correct item, the return can be processed later. I'm still waiting for an email reply and a return label. Not impressed.

Item has arrived broke and looked like possibly ex - display not new, I have emailed with no response and tried to call the 0208 number with no answer. The item was not cheap and no one has responded to me

1 week later, and I'm still waiting for my order. An order that I paid for "next day" dispatch.. There has been no contact from your courier, no delivery, and I can't get through to your customer service..... Extremely disappointed.... This is the first time I've ever used Tooled-Up, and most definitely the last time, too...... I just hope I can get my money back.... If I could give zero star rating, I would.

Product arrived not as described online and chipped. No resolution yet and in the meantime I cannot use the product I ordered. Terrible customer experience.

I ordered a Black & Decker 36V chainsaw which was at a good price and arrived on time. Sadly the item is faulty and does not work. I emailed Tooled-Up.com and had a reply from Lisa saying the battery was not charged. This is not the case as it was fully charged when I tried to use the chainsaw and subsequently used the same battery on another Black & Decker 36V tool after the chainsaw failed to work. Didn't get a reply from my email explaining this but will update this post as and when I hear back.

Shocked at the behaviour of their support staff. I bought a Black and Decker cordless chainsaw and there does not appear to be any means of sharpening the chain. I contact the support staff and they attempt to fob me off onto a different manufacturer. Tooled-Up needs a visit from Trading Standards to remind them of their legal responsibilities.

Ordered three items so could justify the postage received notification was only supplying one then I emailed to ask why got no response then ask me for a review when I haven’t even received one Allen key that has cost less than postage, don’t think I’ll use again 👎

The item was listed incorrectly, the item sent was inferior to the one listed and when I contacted them received no reply. Awful.
