Still have not received item! Rang up today and was told to wait at least a week. Apparently this item was sent Royal Mail first class

Absolutely rubbish. Offered 3 day delivery when ordered. Delivered part of the order to someone else after 4 days and cannot send out main part for 10 days after order. When cancelled refused to give a refund as part order had been delivered to someone else. Stayed in all day, no attempt to deliver signed for by somebody of a completely different name at an another address. Say they will investigate and get back to me it's now 9 hours later, no call or email and no refund. Customer service mega fail.

I don't know where to start ... you've contacted me asking if I received the item I ordered !!!! I cancelled the order on the 23rd yet you still sent it out after I asked you to cancel.. it was meant to be here on the 20th,I needed it for the 23rd... I bought another one locally and asked for a refund.. I gave my phone number asking someone to call me but nothing... You took my money on the 19th yet you didn't have the item until the 23rd. I would like my money refunded as quickly as you took it .. I wont use you or recommend after looking at your negative reviews.. most of them had problems with poor communication... late delivery.... selling items you don't have in stock. I have looked into your order and can confirm that at the time in which you placed your order this item was advising as having a 4-5 working day dispatch time. By the time you requested to cancel your order, the goods had already left us and were in the hands of the courier. When I chased my delivery after 5 days Royal Mail was blamed, I don't believe the order was sent in the day stated, I believe the delivery was sent the day I chased it as it has now arrived, Royal Mail may not be the best but it doesn't take 6 days to deliver a first class item. Customer Services were very prompt with thier response to my email it's a shame they felt the need to be sarcastic and patronising.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the delays in the postal system. I can confirm that your order was passed over to Royal Mail the day after you placed the order. We have noticed an increase in delays to mail through the Royal Mail system, unfortunately, this is beyond our control. however, we will monitor the situation and will work with Royal Mail to see if there is anything we can do our side that may help to speed up deliveries through there network.

First off when i purchased a cordless hover the advert didn't inform me the product was out of stock. After waiting seven days and not having any communication I had to call tooled up for them to tell me it wasn't going to be in stock for another seven days. Still no communication I called them again and cancelled. The people on the phone were very apologetic and it sounded like they had this same conversation before. Don't sell something you don't know when you'll get I stock.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delays to your order. Our dispatch and delivery estimates are based on a wide range of variables from location of warehouse through to carrier times and whilst we do try and ensure that these times are as low as possible there are some occasions where the time it takes to dispatch goods are longer than expected, Unfortunately on this occasion there was a delay with the manufacturer and this was beyond our control. Please find I have spoken to the relevant teams to see if there is anything that can be done to contact customers regarding delays of this nature.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see from the tracking on your order that your order was delivered and signed for by yourself on 30/05/2018 at 11 am. Further to this, we have had no contact from yourself to advise that your order has not arrived.

Your courier contacted me to say delivery would be between 1 - 2pm today. Stayed in and at 5.30pm I received an e-mail to say that the parcel had been delivered at 1.23pm and signed for by myself. This was obviously untrue. I contacted UK Mail who agreed that the parcel had not been delivered and the driver had signed for it himself. I still have not received the items.

If your parcel has not been delivered by your Royal Mail please go to your local delivery office as they have your parcel. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this matter. Purchased a new lawnmower or so I thought. The security seal was broken and the box was held together by plastic tape. Called to explain this was told this was common practice. I do not except this explanation as any other product purchased from any other supplier you would find the security seal unbroken. I purchased a strimmer the same day from another supplier this item had been unopened and seal unbroken. I can only assume this was a demonstration model which has been sold. Although no mention of this on their website.

I can confirm that as we are shipping out goods our warehouse may on occasion be required to unseal items in order to check them for damage and place the shipping paperwork into the box. I can confirm that all the items we sell are brand new and unused and this item is not something we would have on display. Kind Regards Tooled-Up

Item was chosen because of good price and next day delivery. Item arrived cracked and marked with no damage to outer packaging. Delivery company failed to show up to collect the item after waiting in all day. The emails I received didn’t seem very customer friendly or very helpful of the situation from the sales dept. Wouldn’t use again

Tooled-Up CANNOT be trusted to meet their promise! I specifcially chose Tooled-Up after personally calling them to check that’s they could deliver on Saturday. I placed my order solely based on their Sales person's confirmation/commitment that they would deliver on Saturday (and paid extra for this delivery). Tooled-up FAILED to deliver on Saturday and thus wasted & wrecked my arrangements for Saturday. I complained & requested reasonable compensation for the wasting & disrupting my Saturday. Tooled-Up's response - NOT INTERESTED! If you are not prepared to provide compensation for the disruption and distress you caused me then I will return the unopened delivery and required a full refund. Please seriously re-read my 1st email and its reasonable request rather than blame your logistic partner and avoid dealing with my compensation request.

Alleged they carried out security checks before refusing to accept my order. Rubbish. I could have provided them with any number of sources to validate me as a genuine customer. Phone directory would have been a simple check. Insulted and very unimpressed!!
