Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that your order which was placed on 01/03/2018 was passed over to Royal Mail on 01/03/2018 for delivery and upon checking your tracking number which we emailed you on 01/03/2018 at 18:41 your parcel is showing as being delivered today at 10:42 am. We have received the request to write a review before we have received the order. We paid extra for immediate delivery which we expected to be next day. Delivery was expected Friday .... Email received on Saturday advising order will be delivered on Monday 19th. Not good enough I am afraid

I have looked into your order and I can confirm that when you placed the additional items in your basked the estimated delivery time changed and due to this was showing a 2 working day dispatch. I apologise for the delays this caused, however, I am glad to see your order has been delivered within our advised delivery estimate.

Drill and driver set arrived on time but was picked wrong. DLX2040MJ instead of DLX2040TJ Drill and driver correct but 4ah Batts instead of 5ah batts

Ordered Britool 16 piece Socket Set. Received 'equivalent' Stanley Expert 16 piece Socket Set - not as described. Customer service most unhelpful, returning item would incur carriage charges of 2 x £5.95 leaving me £12 out of pocket and no goods. Blatant breach of trade decriptions.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. As advised in our conversation yesterday over the past few years Britool and Facom have merged with the Stanley Black and Decker Group and as of 2017, they have chosen to drop the name Britool from there products leaving only the Expert Logo stamped on their tools. I can confirm that the item you have received is a Britool product despite it not having Britool stamped on the tools. You sent the wrong size, I ordered size 8 and got 11s and it cost me eleven pounds at the post office to send them back to you, so I haven't saved anything. Screw fix will do.

I have looked at your order and i can i can confirm that your order is showing that size 11 was selected, this was shown at checkout, in your order confirmation email and in your dispatch email. Promised a Saturday delivery which we paid extra for. Not delivered. Website payment section froze so wasn't sure if we had paid or not. Ended up having to phone and place order. Now it looks like we have been charged twice with no goods delivered yet. Absolutely terrible firm won't be using again.

Only delivered half the order though the said it had all been despatched and delivered together. Had to get a refund and buy from Amazon. They did not offer to compensate me for the inconvenience and extra outlay they caused. I will avoid them in the future and would advise others to do the same

Hi, thank you for your review, we are sorry that you are not happy with our service. We did advise prior to your order that one item was out of stock at the time of your order and would follow on. Our paperwork and despatch emails also advised that the item would follow on. We refunded you immediately when you requested it so that you could purchase elsewhere if you wished. "Ordered a saw blade on Saturday about 3 pm got a email confirmation, and another one one Tuesday saying it was being despatched post man delivered it on Thursday, but I had to collect it as it wouldn't fit threw letter box, my instructions were ( at point of order) leave round the back.! Nothing written on packaging about this, slow delivery \/ processing order, TBH not very impressed for a first order! "

Unfortunately leaving the item in a safe place is at the discretion of your local postal worker and there are a wide range of reasons that they felt the only option was to return the goods back to the delivery office. The address entered on your invoice was incomplete....house name and location not shown, only the city and the post code. Fortunately, as I live in a rural area, the courier knew me, otherwise it would not have been delivered. I supplied the full address....Get your systems in order!!

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that there was an error in your order. I have looked into this and it appears the issue has been caused by your name being in the Address line 1 field this has resulted in the 1st line of your address not being passed through to the shipping label. Quite often this is an auto fill issue, however I would recommend checking your PayPal account to ensure your address is correct with them. If you have any further issues please feel free to contact our customer services team.

Hi, thank you for your review, we have checked your order and can see that your order was placed late on the 28th of August and despatched on the 29th of August. It was despatched by a Royal Mail Tracked service and this shows it as being delivered on the 30th of August ? If you have not received your item or if there is a problem then please contact us directly on 02088053535 or via email sales@tooled-up.com so we can investigate further and arrange any replacement etc. We only send the request for a review a few days after despatch so it should not arrive until some days after the expected delivery time or after when the carriers have confirmed delivery to us. I ordered a 6mm ball end allen key. I received something that looked like a 2mm allen key. The part number was correct on the packing slip but incorrect on the part package. I highlighted this on a return request. I have heard nothing from you apart from this request for a review. Unfortunately I work away and find it difficult to get to a post office during opening hours. I assume that you are not planning to send me the correct allen key until I have returned the incorrect one? Apologies for the bad review but I am sure you understand why.

Goods not yet delivered! Due for delivery Fri 21st then I was advised delivery put back to Monday 24th at my request. I made no such request as I needed machine asap. Assume mixed up with another order! Phoned you. Apology received and due to be sent out Saturday 22nd at 10am. Phoned again, this time DPD as not received by 11am. Incorrectly dealt with so not able to be delivered. To be sent out Sunday 23rd, special delivery. I am still waiting........... !!

I can see that goods were shipped on 20th and due for delivery on 21st however unfortunately due to a series of errors at your local DPD depot there was a delay to this. Delivery was excellent but on opening the package I found the goods inside we broken, fortunately I had a replacement for the broken part which I fitted to the assembly. I then tried out the assembly only to find the long plastic pipe was split that's when I gave up. As the part was quite cheap to buy I didn't make a complaint.

Hi, thank you for your review although our first reaction was that it is slightly unfair to give us one star. You contacted us to ask why a Voucher code you were attempting to use did not work at the checkout ? When we checked the code you were attempting to use it was from 2010 and so was well out of date. Not surprisingly we were unable to honour the 7 year old offer. The goods had also already been despatched and were on their way to you so could not be stopped. We did offer you a full refund as a goodwill gesture on return of the goods. We feel that we acted in a professional and honest manner at all times. Regards, tooled up
