“Tooled up delivered my order quickly, and it was competitively priced, but the number of e mails I have had from them for 1 item is ridiculous and asking for reviews over said item is completely OTT It has put me off using them again.”

“Looking for a replacement Black and Decker battery for my grass strimmer was not easy, and trying to avoid some of the other cheaper but inferior(according to reviews), i came upon Tooled-Up, which had genuine Black and Decker battery Iwanted at a reasonable price. i have to say they are very efficient, I was kept informed at all stages of order and delivery and received the battery within 36 hours. I was quite impressed for an old geezer who has seen it all!”

“Paid a whole £1 extra to have the purchase delivered on a specific day, as it was for a birthday present, plus a case of someone being home to take the delivery, and although it was scheduled for the correct day, and I received confirmation of delivery being on that day, it was not actually delivered, and was delivered the following day.”

“I received the order of battery bl20362 in very good time. However the charger for my previous battery bl2036 does not work with my new battery and I cannot find a charger on your website that would work with my new battery, unless bought with the battery. I need help here.”
