when ordering the black and decker strimmer i read and checked that the battery and charger was included. i printed out the page to confirm this, as when i went to check out it asked about adding a battery and charger. i confirmed from the screen and my print out that it was included. so did not order. it did not come with the battery and charger they have now removed this from the screen beware the charger and battery are more expensive than the strimmer. cheaper on amazon. have talked to them and they say it says from that price but it cleary states included. next stop the trades description department

Thank you for your review. I apologise for any confusion you may have had with our website. I have looked in to your enquiry and i can confirm that when you placed the order, you selected No Battery and No Charger. Once this option was selected the pictures and description changed to advise that the unit you were purchasing was body only. This was also advised in the basket and our email confirmation. When I placed the order I was given a delivery date about 2 or 3 days later which was bad timing for me because I was working 12 hour nights those days. I emailed the seller to ask for a delay for a couple of days. There was no reply to my email and the parcel arrived on the days originally planned with a very load knock on the front door from the postman. I had just had a few minuets short of 4 hours sleep. I wont be using this company again. I think the worse thing was no reply to my email, So much for customer service.

I have looked in to your enquiry and I can confirm that when you emailed, we advised that your order had already been processed for dispatch and you would receive an email confirming who would be delivering your order, i can confirm that this email was sent via eBay as a dispatch confirmation on 08/05/2017. Unfortunately as your order was dispatched via Royal Mail we are unable to control the date and time your local postman carries out the delivery. I have looked into your order and can confirm that your goods were dispatched as advised on 27/04/2017 Unfortunately due to matters beyond our control your order was delayed in being passed to your local depot. Due to the bank holiday weekend our courier was unable to get this out for delivery until today. I apologise for the inconvenience caused in this matter

Dear Sir/Madam, Last Friday (early hours) I have purchased from your online store Jigsaw Bosh Power4all PST18, item id:20997913. I did request for delivery on Saturday as I had work to do on that day for my client. I did pay for delivery on Saturday. Jigsaw arrived late afternoon yesterday (Monday) in full working condition which is great, but my client is not happy at all! I don't understand why you are charging extra for delivery on Saturday if you are not able to guarantee particular day delivery. I apologise that you did not receive the delivery services in which you paid for, due to a upgrade to our website we have experienced some technical issues in which some of our upgraded services were not working as expected. Good product, quick delivery, reasonable price. BUT SO MANY EMAILS! I ordered one product and had 7 automated emails in a couple of days! It was pretty annoying.

DRAPER ELECTRIC SPACE HEATER the item arrived OK - but once I tried to operate it it was obviously broken. It was making an awful banging sound, on inspection it would appear there is a screw protruding through the drum which is hitting the fan. I have reported it to you and the onus is on me to repack and deliver to one of your drop off centers (you did offer to collect but this would entail me waiting in all day for the driver) . I think it terrible that quality control let this out of the factory and it is me who has to be inconvenienced in arranging its return !!!

Good morning, I am sorry to hear you have experienced a problem with your space heater. On the rare occasion that a faulty item is delivered, we try to arrange for it to be returned to us as efficiently as possible to enable the problem be resolved as quickly as we can. I can see from your order that you were unable to wait in for courier collection, so were advised of drop off points in your area to enable you to take it there at your own convenience. Stayed in all day waiting for delivery that never came. Received a txt saying item will be with you between 12:00 and 13:00hrs. . I was on drive or in kitchen. At 12:10 I received a txt saying they had called but I wasn't in ! they never even tried knocking on the door, perhaps because it was raining ? I called tooled up and they sais they would return that afternoon with the item. . they never did. waited in all the next day for the item which was delivered . .wasted two days, will go to local DIY shop next time to get one.

Unfortunately they were unable to return the same day due to their delivery schedule. I can see however that the goods were successfully delivered the next day. Totally disgusted in customer service after spending £140 on Karcher fr classic cleaner, came with wrong nozzles for my machine 5/11c after telling me it was compatible then saying I didn't order the right nozzles for it ,,fobbed me off to Karcher (as Tooled - UP only sell items no technical staff to help with technical issues no help offered at all just a script read off paper when you complain ......

Hi, Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service received. I have looked into your order and can our website states that the Karcher FR CLASSIC Floor & Hard Surface Cleaner, is only ready for use with the HD 5/11 P, HD 4/9 P, HD 5/12 C Plus and HD 5/12 CX Plus Pressure Washers. As you have stated the model you have is the HD 5/11C this will require extra parts to be compatible. This model has been discontinued by karcher and we no longer sell it. My colleague advised you to contact Karcher directly as you was unsure what model you had when talking to us over the phone. Now you have confirmed your model I will pass this to our customer service team to contact you and look into this further. I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Hi, thank you for your review, We have looked into your order, it was despatched on Friday as promised on a next working day delivery. The carriers tracking Website shows it as out for delivery today and this can be anytime up until 6-6.30PM. All carriers are very busy at this time of year and deliveries will run into the evening. Still waiting for part of my order 10 day (6 working days) after placing it. Just rang up and have been told it will be another 4 days before it is with me.

Hi, you asked me to photo the box and send to you so here are photos of delivered product as it arrived to me. I now realise that you didn't send it in that state but I can not give it as a present. It makes me look like I am buying cheap damaged stock which I am not......! The product turned up with rips all over the box and badly selotaped up again. It was very obviously handled with no care at all. I have not opened the box as yet and was going to take photos before doing so because if your courier thinks this is an acceptable way of delivering your product I suggest you quickly move before they ruin your business. It is meant to be a present and looks as if it has been beaten up. I am still trying to figure out how to give it to someone without them seeing how it has been treated by your courier. ......

The majority of orders are received by customers within 1-2 working days of dispatch, However a small percentage can take slightly longer. Very disappointed with the service took my money £100.00 4/10 no goods arrived chased and reason insufficient address details chased two days later now say refused delivery and want to charge another £10.00 to send out I of course refused argued when they said would refund MINUS £10.00 again argued and refused they agreed to refund in full takes five to seven working days that was 14:10 still no refund so now going to trading standards ridiculous service

Hi, thank you for your review, we are sorry that your delivery did not go to plan. The item was eventually returned to us by the carriers marked as refused by the recipient. It is standard practice for most companies, including ourselves, in these circumstances to levy a charge to cover costs especially if the customer asks for the parcel to be re-sent. We have however on this occasion raised a full refund for the goods as there is a disparity between the carriers version of events and yours. As always, despite the cost to ourselves, we will give the customer the best service and give a full refund when there is doubt. Once again our apologies for the problem you had with your delivery. I ordered a tool to do some work on my van and it took 2 weeks to reach me,I had to get one from another supplier in a couple of days to get the job done, so if you want to wait forever for an item use tooled-up. I had to give 1 star to proceed with this review.

A bit disappointing, I ordered some Hedgetrimmers and cuttings blanket on 19 September. Received messages on 21 September informing me that just the cuttings blanket was to be dispatched, but that the hedge trimmers would be in stock about 10 October. On 22nd I cancelled the order, as I needed the trimmers asap, and found I could get them elsewhere. I received the cuttings blanket later that day. I still had to pay the huge amount of £5.95 delivery charge for the £7.16 blanket! I won't be using them again!

When buying expensive electric tools you don't want a company that totally ignores delivery instructions parcel force and no notification by text that the order was delivered this is 2016 get with the times text tracking is a must not a option so received my order after 4 days due to leaving at the wrong property

The device I purchased was delivered speedily and as ordered. However I judge a company by their after sales response and this has been poor. The battery life of the device has ranged from 5-7 minutes which is not fit for purpose. A proper response would have been 1) to respond to my initial email 2) to call me back when phoning to report this instead of promising to do so and then failing to meaning I had to make a further call. I was then informed that I had to deal with the manufacturer. In my view I should have immediately been offers a replacement battery without this apparent denial of responsibility.

Hi, thank you for your review, You are absolutely correct, a Company is only truly tested when things are not right and then they show their true metal. Unfortunately on this occasion we have not performed up to our normal high standard. We have launched an immediate investigation to see what went wrong particularly in regards to you not being emailed/called back and being given the correct advice regarding the problem or at the least the correct advice. In regards to the manufacturer we asked you to contact the relevant manufacturers technical advice line so that you could explain the problem directly and then get their take on the issue. Battery life is not a finite thing and they would have advised if they thought the run time was within their limits or not. If they had any doubts they would have then organised another battery directly with yourself and got the problem sorted much quicker. It seems we did not explain this very well when you called back. We will contact you directly when we open for business this morning and get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the delay and frustration you have suffered.
