“Lack of clarity on shipping part orders, portal is ambitious. I think clearing stating when shipping its partial, my opinion get partial in email title. I was disappointed that you can order something that's not actually in stock. Yes happy with what I recieved but difficult company to contact, phone number they gave on homepage was not connecting.”

“I ordered a new bar and chain for my Makita battery saw. The chain jammed after 2 minutes of operation. I sent photos and video to Tooled Up, and was given various reasons including the chain being too tight. I have operated chainsaws for 40 years, so do know how to set up a saw. I wont buy from Tooled-Up agai.”
