Hi Roger The only email we can see from yourself to us was on the 4th July prior to you ordering the item. Asking if your 6.0ah batteries would work on this item, to which we replied straight back to you advising they would hence you ordered the item from us. We have no other other email in relation to a damaged box delivery or branch cutting thickness. For you information the machine will cut up 23.5mm branch diameter.

“I ordered a Bosch cordless lawn mower. They offered the best price on the Internet. I ordered late on a Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was informed of the expected delivery slot and the item was delivered within the time advised. I had a query with my equipment and contacted their help desk. There wasn't any annoying pre-recorded options. I was straight through to a human and he put me through to the relevant department. The next person dealt with my concern, which was down to me, in a professional and courteous manner. Overall excellent service provided throughout and I would highly recommend Alan Wadkins Tool Store. I will definitely use them again and it is nice to know that a company can compete with the huge multi-nationals and leave them standing in terms of customer service.”
