Hi Alan I have checked you order and delivery. You placed the order on March 30th at 7.14pm so this left us the following day march 31st which is on time and was delivered by FedEx on April 1st at 11.56am. Not sure which part of this delivery is slow as it been delivered as stated. Regards Martin

“The product was just what I wanted well built and fairly priced, easy to put together. Delivery was swift great service. The product was let down by Sealey they did not include sufficient wrapping of the product and in transit metal on metal caused flaking of the paint. The should consider adding an alien key and spanner too.”

“Found web page after doing a best price search for the item I was looking for. Easy to order, great delivery time, kept up to date by email for delivery time and date. Very nice delivery man, brought item inside because he said it would be to heavy for me. Everything perfect with item. Very pleased with Toolstore, would not hesitate to use again or to recommend them.”

“Great product to start with. I like to by makita products. I wasn't disappointed with the jet wash, it performs very well. Everything was in the box that should of been there. Very happy with the seller pretty quick delivery and was the best price out there at the time I looked. I've no issues to use the seller again I've got exactly what I wanted at a great price. So I'm in at 5* and would recommend based on my experience. Thanks 👍.”

“Payment method is difficult, tried multiple cards registered on same address, finally had to use paypal for payment. Alan wadkins need to fix issue. Need to have free postage on below £75 purchase, £75 purchase is pushing customers to either by for 75 or leave site, Many items are availabe online at free postage. Need review of free delivery. Overall good service”
