“Excellent company to buy off. I had a problem with the courier (DPD), they reckoned they tried to deliver twice and I was out which wasn't correct. Turned out they were at the wrong address. Any way I phoned Alan Wadkins to explain this and it was all sorted over the phone and I received my parcel next day. Cannot ask for a better service than that. So in summing up, great company, someone on the end of the phone who listens and sorts the problem and great prices as well. Big thank you from me. Mark.”

“Very helpful in helping me place my online order. Only one criticism and that was regarding the box packaging being badly torn and damaged. However there was no visible damage to the mower. Wouldn't have any qualms about ordering from AlanWadkins in the future”

“I realised I needed a leaf blower to assist with clearing my garden and was going to buy it from a large retailer which I normally use but I'm happy to have found a retailer who appreciates their customers. I received my item quickly, without any fuss and will consider smaller retailers going forward as I need to know my hard-earned monies are appreciated.”
