“Excellent communications - proactive and sensible - which made sure I got exactly what I was expecting. And the Makita 'RT' spec equipment came with all the accessories that Makita specify - rather than being stripped out (which can be the case with some web sales!). The price was very competitive, too, and delivery the next day without any fuss. A refreshingly straightforward retailer to buy from and i'd most certainly go back to them in future. Particular thanks to Aidan who was on top of this right from the voice mesage I left on a Sunday with his call back at 0915 on the Monday - that's real customer service!”
