“I had good service from this site buying specialist Dremel tools. I was able to ring the shop ( nice to speak to a human these days) and find out why I was being charged for delivered of a large order. It seems my address was showing up a "non on mainland UK". They explained how to rectify this and the package arrived FOC on Monday. I had ordered late on Friday so the shop and the courier did well”

“Everything good with the product but DPD delivery was bad as usual. They said that no one was at home which wasn't true. I had to go and collect at the post office”

“Excellent service with very fast delivery comparable to Amazon for speed. It’s the first time I have used Alan Wadkins but I will definitely use again. The hedge trimmers I purchased were also a lot cheaper here than anywhere else that I could find online by about £30 which is quite a lot really considering who there rivals are online.”

“Bought the Dremel 8260. The price was excellent compared with all competitors. Delivery was first class and kept informed all the way by the courier. I am not a tradesman but would definitely use Alan Wadkins for tools I require in the future”
