“I cannot fault Alan Wadkins customer service at all. This was delivered with next day delivery. The machine was faulty. I spoke to the store on saturday morning and by 11am the following monday the manufacturer had called and advised the unit was faulty. It was collected on tuesday and delivered back on wednesday. Alan wadkins advised there were delays in the warehouse owing to sickness (out of their control) and i was offered a refund which was processed promptly. Excellent customer service especially in Covid times and thanks to Martin for all his help.”
