“I am very pleased with the tools that I bought on-line from Alan Wadkins, and even more pleased with the price. The order was dispatched very quickly on the Saturday, when I placed my order, and was with me on Tuesday. It took me longer than that to decide what I was going to buy.”

“Item was not received as order was cancelled as you were unable to deliver to the address I requested apparently down to fraud ? Even though the order was paid for and payment was received by yourselves spent a lot of money on Milwaukee products partly through yourselves unfortunately you have lost my custom from this day forward very unhappy”

“The wood chipper ordered arrived on time, and was quickly put to work. It performed as expected although the largest branches caused a blockage - which was quickly rectified once safe access to blades was worked out. This machine makes the process of disposing of large amounts of hedge cuttings very easy and is expected to get a great deal of use.”

“Price wise ok , but there Website says items in stock , I ordered , 2nd day when I call & ask for delivery they said ohh these items are not in stock . As I need that items asap to star my job because of all that I lost my 3 days . Disappointed 😔”

Hi Think this review is a bit of a lie to be honest with you. Both items were and are still are in stock with us. The reason your order got cancelled is you couldn`t but the correct details for where your card used was registered too hence we had to refund the order as we aren`t covered by our merchant bank if the incorrect details are supplied. And you never called us chasing the delivery as we emailed you to say this has been refund and why and you emailed back stating this was ok. Many thanks Martin
