“Ordered a Bosch garden shredder at lunchtime. Purchase was processed and item dispatched that afternoon. Arrived lunchtime the following day. Whole process was easy and went perfectly.”

Hi Keith Many thanks for the review. I'm afraid the courier used for the delivery of your parcel don`t offer this service , they only state delivery will be between 8-6pm. We do use other couriers which offer this service for future reference but only for smaller items unlike the item purchased. Many thanks Martin

“I ordered the item at the beginning of the weekend , so I did not expect it to be processed until the next working day (Monday) In fact the item arrived Tuesday . This is excellent service both by you and the carrier . The item , a Bosch AXT 25 TC wood shredder works brilliantly well , was assembled in seconds . Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all concerned I have had in my possession for some time a Bosch AMW 10 multi-tool power unit . Is it possible to obtain any of the compatible tools ? Once again , many thanks Neil Howker rned”

“A very helpful firm to work with. There were a few hiccups in the delivery of our Bosch AXT 23 TC shredder but the firm made correction easy. The first problem was that the bank would not accept our card payment. we used another card which was ccepted, by which time the first payment had been cleared. The extra payment was refunded immediately. The second hiccup was Fedex could not get an answer from us to deliver the item so drove off whil we were in the house. I was just phoning to rearrange delivery when the Fedex van returned on his way back to see if we were in. He was most helpful - we are an elderly couple and he was overly concerned to ensure the shredder was left wher convenient. So 5 stars to both Alan Wadkins and Fedex. I'm a little disappointed in the shredder - prhaps I expected too much. Woody twigs are still quite ;one = 4" or 5" inches, and fibrous material tends to jam. I use the secateurs more than I had hoped, but having the shredder is better thn not having it.”
