“i was recommended Alan Wadkin by Dremel for ordering a collet for my Dremel multi tool. The company was very helpful and sent me the part recommended by Dremel - however the collet was an integral part of the Dremel and the collets didn't fit. On returning the parts, Alan Wadkin quickly reimbursed me giving me faith in the company and their helpfulness.”

“Well, I ordered a router, paid for it, it came the next day, and was as described. Pretty much what you’d hope for from an online retailer, and in itself very worthy of a good review. But, what sets them apart, was that the router was MILES cheaper than anywhere else. So much so, that I thought they must be scammers, and checked them out on Trustpilot. Believe me, this firm is absolutely mustard. I, for one, will certainly be back.”

Hi Gregory Yes, this order was cancelled because your payment didn`t pass the security checks on the card used. As it didn`t allow us to check the address numerics and postcode of where the card used was registered too, and without this we aren`t covered by our merchant bank for the transaction. Address numerics Not Checked NOTCHECKED Post code value Not Checked NOTCHECKED You were emailed and advised of this issue. This is not something that could have been resolved over the phone as you would have needed to replace the order. Regards Martin

“Prices seem to be very good.... But... Wanted to charge £9 + for small parcel delivery to NI Royal mail charge approx £3.20, eBay paclink is £4.95 So order cancelled”

Hi This was correct to what was quoted for I'm afraid. This is due to the size of the parcel being shipped to you. We do state on the website prior too delivery that there will be additional postage costs to certain postcodes. Regards Martin
