“Alan Watkins Tool Sore went above and beyond to ensure that my order was delivered. Firstly, there stock system was correct (believe me this is unusual compared to several websites that I tried to use!). Secondly, they delivered next day to my home on an island off the south coast at a very reasonable delivery charge. Overall I was very impressed with the helpfulness of their staff and level of service.”

“Very quick delivery. I was concerned that the box appeared to have been opened and then resealed but to tool inside was unused and had not been previously assembled. So all in all good service from AWT.”

“Ordered a makita extending hedge trimmer from Alan Wadkins tool store. I live in Northern Ireland and so many companies now either don't deliver or charge extra for delivery. Not Wadkins, free delivery as is the norm for items of this value and I received the item within 48 hours. Ordering on line was also an easy process. Great tool into the bargain. Many thanks, very much appreciated.”

“I cannot recommend Alan Wadkins more highly. I wasn't sure which hedge trimmer to buy, I saw during my google search that their goods were very resonably priced so called them. I got some excellent advice from a charming and knowledgeable man and bought what he recommended. His wise words were spot on, I love my trimmer and am very happy that I bought is from this supplier. 5*.”
