“Good service, good stocks. You can easily talk to someone there on the phone, unlike some online sellers. Would definitely use again. I'd prefer them not to use Fedex for deliveries though (Fedex let me down twice in 2 weeks).”

“Excellent service. I purchased ann item on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I was away until Friday, so was unable to check the item immediately. After checking the item on the Friday afternoon I realised that a rechargeable battery was missing, (an error of the manufacturer)1. I phoned Alan Wadkins and spoke to two people who had a battery sent for Monday delivery. It arrived on Saturday afternoon. Perfect no quibbles. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent service! The lawnmower that we bought was very good value. The company stayed in touch with regular emails throughout, and although the delivery was delayed by a couple of days, this wasnt the company's fault and was quickly resolved. We would definitely use Alan Wadkins Tool Store again.”
