“Great product selection, competitive price and next-day delivery. Can't fault that at all. And great to be able to order directly rather than via Amzn.... saved some money and improved delivery times! Only slight gripe was the inability to set a different billing and shipping address which has left me with an invoice record problem for our small business. But only a small gripe.”

“Excellent service, website quick and easy to navigate to what I wanted. Item delivered within the time stated. My only complaint is that Fedex did not give me a time slot as do many companies. The delivery happened when we were out, however, the Fedex website was easy to use and redelivery was arranged very quickly. I ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer which has had its first use and I am extremely pleased with its performance.”

“I bought this tool from Alan Wadkins because it was the best-priced one after a google search. It was bought on a Friday afternoon so I missed the next day's delivery deadline, however, on Saturday I got a message saying it would be delivered the following day in a certain time slot, and it was. The tool is great and the customer service was EXCELLENT. I will be using this company again. Thank you.”
