“My item not only came next day but came first thing. Unfortunately my item had some damage ( this was no fault of theirs but caused when the item was originally put together) . I emailed them with my query in which they replied and sorted my query promptly, they then spoke to the manufacturer of my item and showed them my photos of the fault, then sorted a collection and then a replacement.”
