“Items were delivered on time as requested. Nice to get a phone call and email to confirm my delivery requirements. I haven't used the tools yet as the working week has yet to begin but I've assembled everything and all seems to be in working order so I'm looking forward to using them on real tasks. Thanks!”

“Good price and quick delivery. It's a pity about the courier, though - no message to tell me when it would arrive and a delivery time of 7.50 in the morning when I was in bed. I had to open the bedroom window and shout to the driver that he was too early. He wasn't very interested. The product seems good but I haven't used it yet. If it lasts as long as the previous one (30 years and counting) it will be good.”
