“Shopped around and thought they were the best on offer for a Dremel 4000 4/65. Couldn’t be more pleased, not just with the product but with the prompt service Alan Watkins Ltd performed. Good to know they were mentioned on Dremel site when extending warranty to 3 years. Will definitely use them again,”

Your item was sent on time via dpd. The first day nobody was present to take delivery of the goods we were told. Then the following day you advised them to deliver the item to a pick up shop so you could collect the item from there. Which you the went there to collect as i guess you weren`t going to be home for the delivery.

“Did exactly what they said on their website. They have an "Order before 15:00 and get next day delivery" statement; I made an order at 14:40 and they followed through and got the item to me the very next day. Plus I got the item £88 cheaper than the local chain store, who I would have had to wait until the following day anyway. Win win.”
