“Bought a Makita hedge trimmer (WUN500) - best price by far and delivered on time by FedEx (not some Mickey Mouse delivery company). When I rang Alan Wadkins, I was connected immediately to a customer service adviser without the usual pointless rigmarole of listening to options, music whilst on hold or adverts. It was like being in the 1970s when companies employed people and not bots to answer queries. Most enjoyable experience.”

Hi The consignment was delivered via DPD and left in your front garden in the recycle bin, as you advised the courier company to do so. Once you give them permission to leave a parcel this is then at your own risk and you become liable for the parcel. If your going to order items and not be home then i suggest to don`t ask them to leave them on your property.

“Very impressive service ordered my new long reach Mikita hedge cutter on the Thursday morning for delivery the following day (Friday) in readiness for the long Bank Holiday weekend and a marathon 3 days hedging. Arrived as promised on the Friday and hedges almost finished. Will definitely use and recommend this company to my friends. Many thanks Neil Pridmore.”

“Can cope with quite heavy duty stuff, you know overgrown lawns? Great cut. Good hand position alternatives x 4 on the power "on" button helps with white finger from vibration. I love this mower, but give me lever fixings to drop the metal handles for storage, getting in a car etc., rather than the cheaper undo a nut system, which takes extra time to undo and causes extra pain for the arthritic, less abled, etc amongst us, why?.... Think on that Bosch”

“Order was accepted by website only to receive email asking for £31.50 carriage charge which was almost half the price of the item. There is no reason for these surcharges now as many carriers and retailers don't charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Isles. Very poor!”

Hi We do state on the website prior to ordering, that additional carriage charges will able to certain postcode ZE being 1 of them. Then due to the item being purchased (size and weight) this was why the postage cost was high. Regards Martin

“Was looking online for a new mitre saw. One came up for this company. Cheaper than the others so I clicked buy now. Speedy delivery for next day, kept up to date with information on delivery , receipt and all the warranty details. Would highly recommended and would definitely buy from here again.”
