Hi The item was boxed in a cardboard box directly how the come from Milwaukee to us. Then placed inside another cardboard box for delivery. We don`t go inside the box from Milwaukee on this product. Regards Martin

“I haven’t had my parcel yet so difficult to review. But I’ve had no information about delivery, just a card through on a random day, and FedEx are massively inflexible with redelivery. Dunno what else to say!”

Hi Joseph I have looked into this for you and can see the item was delivered this morning via Fedex. The courier won`t have been able to contact you as you didn`t provide a landline or mobile number on your order for us to add for them. So it would only be a case of you having to rearrange the delivery. once you weren`t in on that day the first attempted. Regards Martin
