“Had quite a few things from Alan Wadkins and always been very happy with good price and fast reliable delivery. My last purchase had a manufacturers problem but the staff I spoke to were excellent in how they dealt with it, i.e sorted it without any drama in a helpful, speedy and friendly manor. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended.”

Hi Karen In response to your review, we have spoken with Fedex who have said the parcel was delayed at the sorting hub hence why it wasn`t delivered on Friday and put on a special Saturday delivery for you to sort this issue out. We can only apologise for it not turning up on Friday like it should have but sometimes things happen which we can`t control im afraid. Many thanks Martin

“I got a matching price on the product to Amazon from whom I buy most things from. However, in this instance I got it from Alan Wadkins because I want to support other suppliers to reduce the control of Amazon on the market place. Realy happy with the product and speed of service.”

“I have just taken delivery of a chain saw ordered through Amazon. I ordered it at 4.00pm yesterday and it arrived this morning at 10.30am. How's that for service? I'm really impressed by Alan Wadkins and shall certainly order from them again. They were really friendly on the phone as well.”
