“Previously I have placed orders via websites which were shown as 'in stock' which to me means on the premises ready to be despatched, certain suppliers disagree and think the manufacturer having them in stock means they can say the same, meaning more waiting time for delivery.... with that in mind I phoned Alan Wadkins to check that my item was indeed in stock, the woman I spoke to on the phone completely understood and was more than happy to check manually for me, polite and friendly. The item was in stock and she assured me I would have the item on the following Tuesday (order was placed on Saturday), item arrived on Tuesday as promised and I was kept up to date via texts and emails with flexible delivery options. Very happy with the service from start to finish and will be shopping with them again. Makes a refreshing change that a company are as upfront and helpful to their customers as alan wadkins'/staff are. Excellent service all round????”

“Slight problem with delivery!,(only parcel 1 of 2 was delivered) But before I had time to make an enquiry I received an e-mail from A.W.T.S.telling me they were aware of the problem and they got the courier to phone me (within the hour) saying when would I be in to receive item 2 of 2 the following day ! Great price, great service, thumbs up !!!”
