“I had a quick question regarding my order before I placed it, and it was good to be able to call an actual shop with knowledgeable people rather than a call centre. Alan Wadkins were about the cheapest out there and my parcel was delivered for free next day. So there is nothing to complain about.”

“Bought a pair of the Dewalt sawing horse stands. Good product but damaged in transit, so on their way back. Still waiting for news of the replacements? They could have avoided the problem if they had packed the product properly in the first place. Their poor service just gives me the problem- phone calls, waiting in to collect the faulty goods and again hopefully to get the replacements. They should send their guys on a packing course!”

Hi We did apologise to yourself when you rang up advising these were damaged in transit. This was on Friday last week we arranged collection for Monday (Today) which i have checked and can see they have already been collected fro you and are on the way back to us. We advised that once these were back with us we would ship the replacement saw horse to you to which you were happy about on the phone. Regards Martin
