“Thank you to the Alan Wadkins staff for making my order/delivery seemless. My request for a delayed delivery was actioned immediately. The delivery timings from dpd were accurate & info on driver too. Pleasant delivery driver. You will be pleased to know that my new lawnmower started first time (last one from Amazon went to the skip in the sky)! But was I was unable to use this replacement due to torrential rain!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALAN WADKINS LTD”

“Asked me for extra for postage once I had paid & order was completed. I understand that carriage companies can be arsey about posting to the north but surely this could've been forseen before I purchased. Have asked for a refund as I'm not willing to pay extra.”

“I needed to buy 2 Beta Tools socket wrenches 8mm and 10mm, for use on my sons Go Kart. They were to match a 13mm I already had and on karts most nuts are covered by these 3 sizes. I had ordered them 4 weeks ago from an ebay seller, but I doubt they ever got posted. Turned out not only were these two items cheaper, but from ordering to delivery was less than 48 hours, perfectly timed for the weekend activities. Arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. First time user of Alan Wadkins but this won't ge the last, lesson learnt about ebsy sellers with a 99% or lower rating”
