“My experience with TM Interiors has been entirely positive. I queried a number of purveyors of high-end fabric both here in the States and in Britain to gather quotes for a piece of very expensive (if staggeringly beautiful) fabric. TMI won that little exercise easily; they offered by FAR the best price. It's not a bad idea either for Yanks to consider buying their fabric in Britain at the moment as the dollar/pound exchange rate is so favorable. In short, TMI seemed entirely geared up for responding quickly to queries, to effecting an overseas transaction (no VAT), to packing up and sending the fabric knowledgeably and conscientiously. I dealt with Helen -- who was a great pleasure to work with. Very professional.”

“TM interiors did a great job. From initial communication and making sure we ordered the right size carpet for our flat, to keeping us informed with delivery times. We had an issue with the delivery but they did everything to ensure it got to us as quick as possible. And we’re available to speak to us at any time. Really good service products.”

“I have ordered and paid for a wallpaper sample and they sent me the wrong one. Email communications not great and very slow. Still waiting for them to reply from the 28th of March. I would like to purchase from them a £750 wallpaper, but with this lack of customer service I don't think I will.”

“Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend using them. I contacted about a month ago now, asking me to email my wall size for a mural i I was after, got no response from the email iI sent so called again, to be then told i would hear something by the end of the day, to which i didn't. Called again to be told that he couldn't supply this !!! AVOID”

We are sorry we could not deal with your enquiry as promptly as we would have liked to, we did try to explain that due to launching a new website theme and changing admin systems we have not been able to update everything as quickly as we had hoped to, however we did explain that you could order direct and sent you the guidelines and instructions for how to order it for your self and we hope you found them useful. “Ordered some William Morris wallpaper at a very competitive price, which arrived really promptly. The dispatch e-mail was never received, but as the delivery was so quick, it would be churlish to drop any stars for that. Overall, very please with the price, product and service, so would definitely recommend TM Interiors.”

“I had a great experience! I ordered a curtain which was difficult to obtain and TM interiors were one of only a few companies to have it and at a reasonable price. The process of working through this, sourcing the material, making it and delivering it was smooth and excellently communicated - Helen was a great support! The quality of the final product was superb! Thanks”
