Estimado/a cliente, Lamentamos sinceramente lo ocurrido con su pedido de muestras. Tras revisar el pedido, podemos ver que una de las muestras solicitadas había sido descatalogada y debería haber sido reembolsada en ese momento. La otra muestra fue enviada posteriormente, pero aceptamos que el plazo fue mucho más largo de lo que debería haber sido y que nuestra comunicación no fue suficientemente buena. Sentimos mucho las molestias ocasionadas. Hemos procesado el reembolso completo del pedido de muestras como gesto de buena voluntad. Tomaremos nota de este caso para mejorar nuestro control de pedidos de muestras, especialmente cuando un producto está descatalogado o no puede enviarse dentro de un plazo razonable. Having reviewed your sample order, I can see that one of the samples ordered had been discontinued and should have been refunded at the time. The remaining sample was subsequently dispatched, but this was much later than it should have been, and we should have communicated with you far more clearly. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Although one sample was eventually sent, I have now refunded the full sample order as a gesture of goodwill. “The order for samples was fine. A bit slow to get them, but workable. The samples were very nice. It was too complicated to make the actual product order with TM so I went with another store which was less compllicated.”
