“I bought a rug but there were difficulties transporting it to Northern Ireland. However, a solution was found, a smaller rug dispatched and received in two days. Attentive service with real people who listen, and respond promptly, especially Helen.”

“WE had 2 sets of curtains with triple pleat headings made to order. The material cost was very competive and the making cost was excellent. My wife was a little concered as the overall proce was significantly less than JL. We have now put the first set up, and they are excellent. We are very pleased and would hifghly recommend”

Hi Ehab, Thanks for your feedback. According to our records, your samples were dispatched on 12 March. As noted on our website, we send these via standard international mail without tracking, which normally arrives without issue.
