Started off with great communication but that didn’t last long waited over 3 weeks for wallpaper ( wallpaper arrived and looks great though!)

Commande simple au départ mais ensuite des difficultés de livraisons suite au Brexit, non indiqués lors de la commande. Service commercial assez lent à répondre (plusieurs semaines). Par contre, service très compréhensif, qui a fait livrer notre commande en Ecosse, ou nous allions (par chance) passer nos vacances. Rapport qualité/prix excellent par rapport à la France.

Please make sure you price correctly on your website. Nothing more tedious than having to call in from abroad to give the credit card details just because the pricing was not correct.

Customer service is a bit poor (requested a quote for blinds and no response to date) but the trim I ordered is fine and arrived quickly.

Today I finally received a sample from you, but to my disappointment it was not the one that I have ordered. The one I ordered was Labirinto from Brochier in colour Oceano (blue). You have sent Oceano AK1704 J4042/005, that is not Labirinto. When I ordered Labirinto I was on that page which shown Labirinto and from whwre I could order a sample. I do not understand what went wrong.(

Dear Pia Sincere apologies for the delay in your sample order, we do quote seomtimes 10-14 days for sample orders as we are reliant on our suppliers stock levels. I can only assume our suppliers picked the wrong sample and in turn we sent you the incorrect one. We will get the sample ordered and sent out asap. Apologies for any inconvenience caused we will rectify.

Good service, very good price, acceptable lead time. The only problem was that their carrier was UPS, who delivered our expensive rug to our neighbours' address. There couldn't have been a signature, as they were out whilst we were in.

After some investigation I found your company a called. Helen took my order as she took Ld me you had sufficient in stock and I pad by card. After about 5days Helen emailed that there is a minimum of 2 metres. As all I need is one metre it seemed stupid to buy 2 metres at a cost of £302. So I looked around and discovered that for an additional £11 I could have the one metre. I called Helen and she checked with her superiors and offered me the one metre for an additional £11 to which I agreed. I also know that you order the material from GP&J BAKER you give them my address and they send it to me and charge you. Helen was very good helpful.

Whilst I got the correct Ian Mankin fabric, it was a narrower width than the one that Ian Mankin sells so it is hard to match it- I was a little disappointed- I just assumed it would be the same width

Unfortunately it’s not been a smooth transaction. Was promised material was on hold. Paid for 4m of said material. With a discount which was nice, bill was around £450 this was on 11th May. After a couple of calls with no response to my query. On 16th June following yet another email, I was informed that the material I had on hold actually wasn’t available and I would have to wait for new material to be manufactured. I was offered a refund, having waited so long. However, as I had waited a while I decided just to continue to wait for what I wanted. TM informed me once in stock it will take 5 days to reach me. Confirmation of dispatch 13th July. Today is 23rd July. Still no delivery. TM interiors have poor communication and customer service. Will not make the same mistake again. What should have been an easy stress free experience has turned into a long drawn out headache.

Dear Jo We do apologise we have not been able to deliver your order to date. We did hold a reserve but when our suppliers came to release and process it was not available, and so placed on back order, we are reliant on our supplier's stock levels as they are from the mills manufacturing the fabric for them. This item is coming from the US and we chasing for tracking details and will advise shortly. Once again our sincere apologies if you felt you have not been kept best informed and for not delivering on our promise, we will review this matter and work to improve, thank you for your honest feedback. Slow to respond and keep me apprised regarding the delivery delay. However, wallpaper did eventually arrive and I was happy with it. Competitive on price.

Everythings ok- But today I got the seccond bill. Another 30€, including 15€ service for UPS! Thats redicolous and I suppose noone wants to pay that much, fully 54€ to get one single roll of wallpaper 🙁

I've had a problem with UPS. The wallpaper has not arrived yet as they say that the address is wrong. The address is correct but the driver returned the parcel to the depot. I have telephoned the depot thus morning and still not sure if it will be delivered today. They couldn't guarantee. Very frustrating because I have decorations here waiting.

I finally got the three key tassels, and they are what you'd expect from Houle passementerie. But it took TM Interiors over two weeks to send them, with no explanation for the delay.

I honestly believe as we had to order them in from France and then deliver out to you due to the time of year it took longer than expected so our apologies for that. TM Interiors were helpful and efficient. However, their delivery company delivered several days before the due date, did not advise us and then left the parcel on the doorstep when no one was in! Anyone could have taken it. Change your delivery company is my suggestion.

Dear Mrs Finlayson-Hill, thank you for your review and comments they are welcomed. We cannot change our delivery company as they are the only ones who will deliver fabric by the roll to ensure it reaches you in the best condition, and almost all of the time deliveries go without issue. Our delivery company uses regular drivers who know their route and can make an informed judgement if it is safe to leave. We request notifications be sent to your email address to inform you the item was delivered at the time. Regards TMI

I've graded acceptable due to the lack of communication of waiting so long for fabric to arrive. If fabric was out of stock, un update would have been appreciated. I will continue to use TM Interiors.

Dear Mrs Calder, thank you for your honest and justified review. Apologies for the issues you experienced with the order and the fact we did not deliver within our stated delivery aim. Unfortunately the product you ordered from the brand in question, had recently merged their ordering system having been taken over, and this had caused disruption to their order system and deliveries which in turn affected us. Of course we are disappointed on this rare occasion we did not keep you informed as much as we should of, normally we keep our customers updated if there any delays with orders. We have ordered on two occasions and both times you had to check the address before you sent the goods. I would have thought on the second occasion you could have looked up the address yourself.

Polite and professional communication about my order. What I realise is there is no service over the weekend which meant my order took 9 days to arrive holding up my decorating schedule.
