“An altogether excellent service. The sample I ordered arrived very swiftly and it enabled me to check I was ordering the correct item. I placed my order over the phone because I needed to check a detail first and the person I spoke to was very helpful. The order arrived the next day making it one of the most swift and easy transactions I've made in recent times.”

“I have only ordered samples of luxury wall coverings. So no purchase as yet to. Comment on. The samples took quite a while to come and I thought postage was rather expensive compared to other samples received.”

“Today I finally received a sample from you, but to my disappointment it was not the one that I have ordered. The one I ordered was Labirinto from Brochier in colour Oceano (blue). You have sent Oceano AK1704 J4042/005, that is not Labirinto. When I ordered Labirinto I was on that page which shown Labirinto and from whwre I could order a sample. I do not understand what went wrong.(”

Dear Pia Sincere apologies for the delay in your sample order, we do quote seomtimes 10-14 days for sample orders as we are reliant on our suppliers stock levels. I can only assume our suppliers picked the wrong sample and in turn we sent you the incorrect one. We will get the sample ordered and sent out asap. Apologies for any inconvenience caused we will rectify.

“The Tie back I bought is very good quality, better than expected. I asked a question and received a comprehensive and helpful answer. TM interiors use a reputable carrier for delivery who currently have some staffing issues so delivery kept being delayed - it might be better to use Royal Mail for smaller items.”
