“Hello, I still haven't received my order. The tracking number you gave me doesn't work and it's been nearly a month. Can you please find out what has happened to my order. I was planning on doing a large order next, but I wont be if the tracking number doesnt work and i never get this current order. Thank you”

Dear Bree, we send all samples first class by Royal Mail and while regretably these are untracked we do not experience that many issues with delivery so I am sorry if your sample has gone amiss in the post it was sent out on the 18th, but we will re-order and have another one sent. Just for your infirmation we send all orders for products by UPS express which are fully trackable. With Regards TMI

“We're using the wipe-clean, pvc fabric for making a large bean bag for large dogs when undergoing at Medivet in Shrewsbury. It allows the bag to be cleaned easily and 'moulded' to the shape of the anaesthetised dog, holding it securely. So far so good!”

“TM Interiors were very helpful in answering my queries about upholstery fabric and the ordering process was smooth. The only problem I had is that after ordering and paying for the fabric I needed, I asked that it should be sent to my home after 12th August as we were on holiday until that date. The fabric (worth nearly £600) was actually delivered on 9th August and left out in the rain for 2 days until I was able to contact a neighbour to collect it.”
