“Thank you so much for your prompt and excellent delivery from Great Britain to the south of Germany. Everything was well organized and the woolen cloth is so beautiful and does absolutely meet our expectations. Before I ordered I phoned with a lady your team. “Estoy muy contenta con el servicio y la calidad de los productos de TM Interiors. Hice una compra por internet desde Perú y el papel tapiz que me llegó es hermoso. El pedido me llegó en 2 semanas aproximadamente y definitivamente lo recomendaría. Solo que el comprador tienen que preveer que adicionalmente al costo del producto deben calcular el costo de desaduanaje que van a pagar dependiendo del país en el que estén.”

“Whilst good to deal with on purchasing, they have absolutely no customer support whatsoever. They sell products they don't have experience with and can't advise on, then refuse to take any responsibility at all when there are any questions. A family run company means nothing when the family that run it refuse to help with the products they choose to sell. AVOID.”

Dear Sarah We understand your frustration and we are sorry you decorator installed the wallpaper incorrectly, we dealt with your complaint accordingly and consulted with the manufacturers, and they were clear the issues you experienced were down to the installation with too much adhesive used, we always recommend using a professional decorator with experience. Dear Richard, please would you check your emails and the one we sent dated the 1st September, we have not received any email from you since, but if you would like to contact us regarding your order we would be happy to assist you further, the order was cancelled due to the fact the product was discontinued.
