Hi, apologies for delay in reply, the samples were ordered on the 1st and posted on the 8th, we do quote 10-14 days for samples as we do not hold stock, and yours had to arrived from France, as explained on our website. Thank you for your review. TMI

Apologies, we are reliant on suppliers stock levels and on rare occassions sampling becomes unavailable, however we know this issue has been rectified, sorry for any inconvenience caused. TMI

I ordered a sample of fabric 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived!! And now I have been sent this email to review the product before it has even been delivered! Seems a bit of a joke

Dear Fiona your order was placed on the 12th Feb and your sample was shipped on the 23rd, we do state sample orders can take between 10-14 days as we do not hold stock of samples and we have to order samples in from various suppliers in Europe. We endevaour to get samples out to our customers as soon as possible. we are sorry if the delay has caused any inconvenience and if your sample has not arrived please contact our customer services so we can get any issue resolved as quickly as possible. My name is Mariusz Madalinski, and I am writing to express concern regarding the delayed delivery of my recent order (Order #300006092) placed with your company on the last Monday. According to the shipping confirmation I received, my order was shipped via UPS (Tracking Number: 1Z336E9A6862497652) and was expected to be delivered to my address at Powell House, flat 12, 66 Walmersley Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL96DP, United Kingdom, within 3 days from the shipping date. As of today, the order has not yet arrived, and there have been no updates on the tracking status that would indicate the cause of the delay or provide a new estimated delivery date. This situation is particularly concerning because I was relying on the timely delivery of the items for upcoming personal commitments.

Dear S.P as we have recently explained for large sample orders from various brands the delivery aim can be slighty extended as we await to receive all sampling before sending out to you. Hello, I still haven't received my order. The tracking number you gave me doesn't work and it's been nearly a month. Can you please find out what has happened to my order. I was planning on doing a large order next, but I wont be if the tracking number doesnt work and i never get this current order. Thank you

Dear Bree, we send all samples first class by Royal Mail and while regretably these are untracked we do not experience that many issues with delivery so I am sorry if your sample has gone amiss in the post it was sent out on the 18th, but we will re-order and have another one sent. Just for your infirmation we send all orders for products by UPS express which are fully trackable. With Regards TMI

Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend using them. I contacted about a month ago now, asking me to email my wall size for a mural i I was after, got no response from the email iI sent so called again, to be then told i would hear something by the end of the day, to which i didn't. Called again to be told that he couldn't supply this !!! AVOID

We are sorry we could not deal with your enquiry as promptly as we would have liked to, we did try to explain that due to launching a new website theme and changing admin systems we have not been able to update everything as quickly as we had hoped to, however we did explain that you could order direct and sent you the guidelines and instructions for how to order it for your self and we hope you found them useful. Whilst good to deal with on purchasing, they have absolutely no customer support whatsoever. They sell products they don't have experience with and can't advise on, then refuse to take any responsibility at all when there are any questions. A family run company means nothing when the family that run it refuse to help with the products they choose to sell. AVOID.

Dear Sarah We understand your frustration and we are sorry you decorator installed the wallpaper incorrectly, we dealt with your complaint accordingly and consulted with the manufacturers, and they were clear the issues you experienced were down to the installation with too much adhesive used, we always recommend using a professional decorator with experience. Dear Customer We are sorry your order took a little longer than expected, we did advise and apologise on Monday that our suppliers had taken longer than expected to process the order, but we confirmed dispatch on Tue 02/11/2021 14:09 and it shows with UPS that the delivery is out for today. Terrible service. Ordered my fabric samples three weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Emails are either ignored or answered with generic copy/paste phrases. If you intend to have your time wasted or seek an unpleasant customer experience, TM Interiors is the right company for you.

Awful service. I was ordering fabric from UK to PL. The package was in transit iver 30 days. After I've sent out the package to China, where they do furniture for me. When they opened the package, we discovered, that fabric is wrinkled. We can not iron it, it doesn't help. Support doesn't answer my e-mail.

You shipped the fabric on your own accord and from the images provided not in the original packaging, and therefore we suggest you take it up with the shipping company. This company advertise that they do samples of wall paper we paid £4.49 to receive 2 photo shots of the paper we requested. This gives no indication of the true colours or quality of the paper in question. We will now go to another company who supply samples of the actual wall papers and not A4 prints.

We do not hold stock of samples, all of the samples we supply are actually provided to us by the brands and manufacturers that we sell. If you contact us we can look into the matter for you. I received about half of the items I ordered AFTER the expected delivery date and I have no idea when the rest will be delivered. I have been left in the dark and have had to cancel my workmen with no update on when to expect my items.

@tm_interiors ordered samples from this company they charge per sample plus postage ! Still haven’t received after nearly 2 weeks 2 emails sent with no reply Not impressed !

Sincere apologies for the delay in your sample order, we are reliant on our suppliers stock levels, and we do quote upto 10-14 days for sample orders in some instances. I believe my colleague has replied to your 2 emails within 24 hours of each other now, I am sorry our response was to your expectation but due to covid-19 and social distancing we have a reduced workforce. If there are any issues with your sample order not being available, we will let you know, otherwise expect to receive within the next week. Best regards

A confirmation of dispatch was sent on Monday and I can see the order has now been delivered which took 8 working days from date of order and was slightly longer than our delivery aim.
