“Great concept, but missing very obvious, easy to include features that stop it being a one-size fits all solution for any company. For example, you can only set the amount of annual leave for holiday leave, there's strangely no way to set a specific fixed amount of leave for the other categories, e.g. sick leave, parental leave etc. You cannot have different types of leave approved by different approvers, e.g. a staff member's line manager for holidays and HR for sick leave/compassionate leave. You cannot require leave to be approved by more than one person, which depending on your company's structure can be very important, and staff can cancel their own leave at short notice without having to tell anyone / ask for approval. You end up still having to keep your own spreadsheets to record leave in parallel because of the omission of the above features, which defeats the object. The Timetastic app is a great start to a good idea, but the app's been in development for four years and the above missing features should really have been added by now!”

“An easy tool to use .There is an error in the approval chain because my direct report is Stuart Facey and not William Culbert. In the other hand I manage Cherif Randame and Radhouane Chabbi who have both to send the tomi off request to me . Thanks for the update. Benoit Motheron”

“As a small business it was great to come across a functional system that does what it says on the tin for a low cost in comparison to its competitors. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a simple no frills system for holiday planning. My only criticism which is why I haven't given it 5 stars is that you can not amend leave requests and send them back for approval, you need to delete and recreate.”

“easy to use, shows information in a simple clear way. I am on as a administrator though to authorise the leave of others and keep a check on each employees leave but still have to be treated as an employee - is this the only way this can be done. We are a charity and I wouldn't have expected to pay to carry out this role.”
