“I've been saying it over and over again recently - Timetastic is brilliant: really feel like the founders sat down and said "what is a real pain about managing leave/holidays etc. -- right, let's fix it. All of it". Timetastic absolutely nails all the issues with booking leave. I've never seen a more efficient system for leave: see who's out for the day, or the week, notifications to line managers and approval requests are all automatic, switch between week/month/year calendar views, see who's out in the team, list goes on and on. And the app is brilliant too. I honestly think Timetastic should be a "business" household name.”

“We've been using Timetastic for our business, and it's completely transformed the way we manage staff holidays. Before Timetastic, booking annual leave and keeping track of who was off could be time-consuming and confusing. Now the whole process is simple, clear and efficient. Staff can request leave in seconds, approvals are straightforward, and everyone has visibility of who's away, which makes planning much easier. It's saved us a huge amount of admin, reduced mistakes, and given us a much better way of managing holidays across the business. I'd highly recommend Timetastic to any business looking for an easy to use holiday management system.”

“Very good system. Not ridiculously expensive, works well for our setup (approx. 100 employees), and was the best out of several different annual leave systems we tried. The support team are responsive, and take on board any feature requests etc.”

“It integrates with Slack, but it doesn't change your Slack status when working from home or going on vacation. It integrates with Google Calendar, but it just adds "Working from home" or "Vacation" as events. It doesn't update the working location, or add an "Out of office" blocker, and the "Availability" of the vacation event isn't even set to "Busy", so it looks like I'm free.”

“I dont know how to use it. I have requested leave and not had a response. I think its very complicated. I want to go back to just sending an email, sooooooooo much easier”

Hi Carter, thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. If you have your allowance allocated in days, it's only possible to book leave which is deductible (ie. holiday) in half or full days. If you are booking with a non-deductible leave type though, you can select smaller increments of time, eg. two hours. Just click into the 'Morning' and 'Afternoon' fields and select the specific times. (Someone who has their allowance allocated in hours can book all leave types in smaller increments.) Hope this helps!
