I've been saying it over and over again recently - Timetastic is brilliant: really feel like the founders sat down and said "what is a real pain about managing leave/holidays etc. -- right, let's fix it. All of it". Timetastic absolutely nails all the issues with booking leave. I've never seen a more efficient system for leave: see who's out for the day, or the week, notifications to line managers and approval requests are all automatic, switch between week/month/year calendar views, see who's out in the team, list goes on and on. And the app is brilliant too. I honestly think Timetastic should be a "business" household name.

We have found timetastic very useful with staff holidays. It is easy to use for the employee and excellent to use for the employer to add in sick days and unpaid leave etc. It also reminds you weekly of who is off, so you can always see who's off in the week at the start, helping book jobs in around them.

Timetastic is easy to use, intuitive, affordable and quick to set up. We now have good visbility across the organisation of leave being taken and it saves us time as we are not recording on spreadsheets.

Its user-friendly and intuitive for an admin user and normal users. reporting is helpful. the burnout function is really useful

This is the first time I have ever used an app like this for a company I work for, and I have nothing bad to say about it. It is easy to use, even for an oldie like me. I like that it tells you exactly what holiday you have taken, and what you have left. I work part time, and my holidays are calculated in hours. Helps me stay organised which is a big plus in todays chaotic lifestyle we lead.

I hadn’t heard of Timetastic before joining my current company, but I quickly got to grips with it and think it’s great. The online help is excellent, and whenever I’ve submitted a query, it has been resolved quickly.I would hghly recommend.

Sometimes simplicity is king. Timetastic is a simple but effective and reliable tool for holiday booking and time-off management. We're a small team of 8 and it serves our needs extremely well. Would recommend.

It’s very simple . Having to select the start and end time for your holiday is great if you only want to book off part of your shift . However it makes it quite long if you just want to book off the whole day . Maybe our hours could be uploaded so we wont have to do this . This would also mean we can block book days off . At the moment if I wanted to book 5 days off it’s saying I will use 60 hours holiday so I have to individually book off each day . What might be a nice feature as well is predicted accrual so I do not have to make my own spreadsheet to plan my holidays and work out my hours I need to take . This would help with end of year hours as we accrue Holiday until the end of March but it wont let us book until we have accrued it . This means I have to bother my Manager to book it for me as it will be too late notice for them by the time I officially earn it . I get the weekly email of who is off . As an employee I feel like I do not need to see that. There is a whole page with all of my colleagues on it all of them are locked to me which makes complete sense but because of that I feel like that whole page is pointless to have . Maybe it should just be on the desktop version for managers?
