“It's disapointing that you are unable to hard key enter a starting value for each employees entitlement balance. Even if we integrate timetastic from 1/1/16 - we are unable to bring forward the outstanding entitlement balance for each staff member as currently reported in MYOB”

Hi Paul, You should be able to do this. You can edit anyones annual leave entitlement to reflect their allowance for the year, or you can edit the value in the brought forward field. If that won't work for you then please email us hello@timetastic.co.uk and we'll look into it. Thanks

It was probably inputted wrong by your admin user at the start. But you can just just head into your profile and change it yourself. Cheers

“Great concept, but missing very obvious, easy to include features that stop it being a one-size fits all solution for any company. For example, you can only set the amount of annual leave for holiday leave, there's strangely no way to set a specific fixed amount of leave for the other categories, e.g. sick leave, parental leave etc. You cannot have different types of leave approved by different approvers, e.g. a staff member's line manager for holidays and HR for sick leave/compassionate leave. You cannot require leave to be approved by more than one person, which depending on your company's structure can be very important, and staff can cancel their own leave at short notice without having to tell anyone / ask for approval. You end up still having to keep your own spreadsheets to record leave in parallel because of the omission of the above features, which defeats the object. The Timetastic app is a great start to a good idea, but the app's been in development for four years and the above missing features should really have been added by now!”
