“As a small business, with staff distributed around the country, we love Timetastic. It has saved us many scheduling headaches and HR overhead. One feature we'd love to see would be a daily email showing current and upcoming absences, but even without this, Timetastic is a great product. Would highly recommend.”

“Overall this is superb and has been a massive help to our business. It would be great however if the mobile app also showed others holiday on the calendar! Also would be ideal if the staff names on the left in the calendar view moved over with the calendar making it easier to see who is who and not have to scroll back left to check.”

“It's an awesome app. But for our needs it would be great if it had some improvements: - multiple approvers per team (we are partners and we both want to know when someone reqests time off and want to be able to approve) - cc/bcc once a request is approved to an accounting e-mail for the paperwork - for the approvers/bosses a weekly e-mail with the approved time offs reminder (someone who is very busy will have trouble to remember that an employee requested time-off 3 months ago for the coming week)”

“As a new user I can only comment on the experience of the first couple of weeks. Good focus on simplicity and clear web design. Some rough edges will no doubt be rounded off in the near future. Speedy response to support requests. Good value for money!”

“Really simple and clever app, I've looked for something like this for a good while now. Previously we'd just lump the days into google apps calendar however this app is so simple to use. Put in your request and its approved, you can see how many days you have left and you can still send the relevant dates to google calendar”

“It's a really easy way to see how many days I have left to take, and when other people have taken time off so we don't over-book. It's really nice to get email notifications, too!”

Hi Maurice, just create a leave type "sick". Go into settings> leave types > create one called "sick" but DON'T tick the box that says "take from allowance". And thanks for the review :)

Pleased to hear you liked the last update - did you also find clicking on a day in the wall chart to book a day off - far better than starting with a blank form.
