The only thing that would help is if this was linked to outlook so when you book a holiday this is then populated in the outlook appointment.

Hi Amjad, Thanks for the feedback. In case you missed, you can of course feed Timetastic into Outlook using the ical feed. And the email 'approval' you receive contains an ics file so you can add the Timeoff directly to your calendar. Great system - it shows my team that we are a much more progressive forward-thinking business unit when using this system as opposed to the old system of paper forms! Its really quick and easy to set up and you can easily import data. Works well and the team love it - 2 things to work on....you cant currently pro rata the number of days holiday for people who start partway through the year (but I know that the TimeTastic team are working on this) and you can't export data by date range - the latter would be useful for my monthly attendance report! Great work overall and would highly recommend it!

Very good Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Intuitive (apple-seque) to use. Perfect for a small, relatively uncomplicated business like our own of circa 20 people.

Overall very good but like to see continual improvements and working with us to improve and expand the services. I would like to be able to count up the number of a certain type of holiday e.g. CPD on our system.

Nice and simple, no training required and works multi platform - what's not to like? Possible could use a little more flexibility for part time staff, but nothing that can't be solved with a little common sense.

Would be nice to be able to write why from a line manager a holiday is not approved. Like the reason for taking holiday - it can be optional. However it would be cool to tell someone - hey there's a deadline or -hey you're the only one on that shift, let's find a better day :) Maybe in the next release. Cheers, Rebecca

Not great for navigation, missing reporting features. Adding and taking away days from a user is confusing. Overall not bad, but definitely some UI and feature issues need to be addressed.

Using the app on my iphone as the manager I would like to be able to see all staff not just my own ! Other than that it works, its clean and does exactly what it says it does ! Thanks

I needed also the ability to enter leave dates for employees by myself. With that missing this software was not of use for me.

We love Timetastic, it's an excellent product and very keenly priced, thank you. A couple of comments; It would be great if we could have more than one account within our account. By that I mean, we have a branch of our business in the US and they need US holidays not UK. I have to add each US holiday to each US staff member individually, each year, which is a bit of a pain. If I could choose UK or US bank holidays for the staff, depending upon where they were based, it would be great - hope that makes sense. Another small thing, it would be good if the staff, when booking holiday, had to put in a comment, it's quite important for us to know the reason for the holiday request. Finally, and this is completely off the wall, if Timetastic did a similar invoicing product, along the simplistic and very effective lines of Timetastic, I'm sure it would be very successful - we'd buy it!! :) Thanks again, Andy

Timetastic makes tracking holidays throughtout the company a lot easier than writing up on a wall planner and then having to count days etc

I would like the an AM or PM period booked off to be more noticable - maybe a diagonal line instead of a parallel one but still shaded. Also with the letters AM or PM marked in these shadings. On Customer Support we cover the weekend so it would be very hand for me to have the ability to load onto Timetastic who is covering what weekend so that it is there visually. We keep a seperate calendar & this has to be edited / amended frequently which is messy. If this could be added to the sheet then 'swopping' weekends etc would be much easier. Maybe we could have the facility to email both team members who have swopped so that there is not cause for error & both parties know who is working.

The system could allow for more than just booking off half/full days. It could allow for the company to enter days that are public holidays, working holidays, loads of potential for further additions.
