“We switched from Appogee as they decided our 4 years of free licencing ended ! So far, found it easy to operate, set up and integrate and we find the flat rate pricing an excellent way to be billed.”

“It has all the whistles & bells you would want from this type of software, but is let down by a simple flaw. It only allows staff times & leave allocation in increments of 30 minutes, so if you have staff who start at, say, 08:15 then you're going to have to find a workaround if they book their leave in hours & not days. Everything else works really well.”

“Good clean interface, intuitive with just enough customisation. Particularly like the view of everyone's holidays and the team features. Some issues with the way remaining holiday allowance displays - it is not accurate on the App version. Not possible to book holidays beyond the next holiday year which is odd. Otherwise just what's needed.”

“Really helpful app. Been using it in this last 2 companies I work for and the app does wonders to help employees keep track of time off, clearly implementing the request/approve mechanism, the visibility of time off on each team, birthdays of team members and so on. Highly recommend this.”

“It looks very good, not had an experience with booking holiday yet. I do think it could be improved by letting me select the staff that I want to view the holiday of. This is because when I can book is dependant on when specific staff are off and not all. But otherwise seems good.”

“I liked the software in that it was fairly simple,uncomplicated and user friendly. However, my issue was that any staff member had access to other departments and could freely view their calendars. I am aware that privacy mode prevented staff from seeing the reasons for the absence but nevertheless, they could see that there were absences which in any sense, did not concern them. We would probably have taken this software on if this could have been addressed, but after contacting the support team, it was found that they could not limit individual user's access to their own department.”
