The service is good but it could be improved a lot. And by a lot I mean the following: 1) Some companies have many types of leaving time and the colours that you can choose for every reason are limited for some reason. People are getting confused seeing the same colours in their calendar. Some extra types of leaving/working are, Working from home (WFM), Working Off-Site, Working Half-Day Morning, Working Half-Day Afternoon, Working in weekend etc... 2) Book time off button has....wrong translation, because it's request, and not booking for the most companies. ...

Made my life easier running my business and staff holidays. Be good be able allow staff to book days or/and hours also off, as some staff have both owed to them. Be good also to see all my departments holidays on my calendar as well as mine Other than that, made my life easier and more quicker dealing with time off!

Early days of using but seems like a really good system. Useful that you can see other teams in your organisation as well as your own team. I am finding the lack of a 'today' button quite frustrating - having scrolled forward month-by-month to look something, having to then scroll all the way back is a bit of a bind. Could also be useful to be able to set specific start or end times to cover late starts early finishes rather than being limited to half-day slots. That said, these are minor points and I would certainly recommend the tool to others.
