“Great customer service from start to finish. Guys worked weekend to help us get work done and completed quickly. Very professional and clean and tidy. Office staff went above and beyond to help get me work from start to finish asap. Reasonably priced.”

“Norman & Jack arrived at about 7.55am and did a splendid job dealing with woodworm in my attic and garage, finishing at about 1430hrs. It was all done with courtesy, efficiency and maintaining cleanliness. I couldn't have had more pleasant people. For the time spent I consider the price very reasonable.”

“Ashley George visited us to advise about a damp/mould problem. He took time to explain the possible causes, essentially condensation, and solutions. He described potential products that might help, but much of the advice given was simple changes in the way we ventilated our property. We said we would try these actions first. A long term problem has now been solved, with no expenditure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley and Timberwise.”

“I requested, by E-Mail, a survey from three companies after 1700 hours on a week-day. My request gained an immediate, and personalised, response from Timberwise. By 1400 hours the next day I had secured verbal agreement to a survey, including a date which was confirmed in writing by E-Mail within the hour. The telephone discussion was conducted with a personable and highly competent lady. As for the other two companies it is now nearly 24 hours since I made my initial request and I have heard nothing!”

“We are a construction company working on a listed museum in the centre of Poole and had Norman, from Timberwise, here to carry out resin and timber repairs to the shutters on a listed building. He carried out the works in a very professional manner and to a standard accepted and approved by the conservation team on the project. Would not hesitate to use Timberwise and, in particular, Norman again as we found him to be extremely helpful and courteous to work with.”

“Initial survey was very helpful. Identified the sources of our damp problems, explained them in clear and concise fashion and clearly identified what corrective actions were required. The content and format of the report was excellent. The first of three stages was done to a very good standard on the scheduled day. We will be proceeding with the next stages when we can complete the preparatory work, which I have every confidence will be completed to the same standard.”

“We have used Timberwise South West on about 4 occasions for damp proofing, tanking work and most recently for woodworm treatment. We have always found them extremely professional, reliable and their work is of a very high standard. In fact on the last couple occasions when we needed some work done, we went straight to Timberwise and did not look at any other company / get any other quotes. I would say their prices are competitive, but probably not the cheapest but then you get what you pay for and Timberwise work comes with a 20 year guarantee. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again / recommend them to someone else.”

“I tried for days to get a call back from several companies without any luck Timber wise not only gave me a call but reassured me that I was doing the right thing as I didn’t have a clue who to speak to or where to go with the damp issues in my home. I now have an actual date for a surveyor to assess the problem and it’s such a relief to finally be getting somewhere at last.”

“Surveyor arrived in the time slot advised.Respected our property by removing his shoes without our asking.Knew his onions.Advised us what the issues were and that we really needed a general builder as problems were external and not a specialist damp proofing matter.He did suggest they could do the remedial work but at specialist workers rates.Cannot thank him enough for his honesty and advice and a breath of fresh air to meet someone who wasnt seeking to make a load of money out of our circumstance.Highly recommend.”
