“Arrived safely and look lovely on kitchen wall. Disappointed you couldn’t give information on grout colours and that the sample tile I ordered for another colour I was considering never arrived.”

Hi Mary, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear you are happy with your tile choice. We would like to cover the issues you have raised, The tile sample you did not receive was refunded. If you would have preferred to still receive that tile the customer service team would have been happy to re-send the sample. With regards to the grout colour it is very much a personal preference, we do however try our best and supply information for colours available, as we only have a limited amount of colours available on our site. “Would be 5star but for the issue that delivery which is kerbside only was not even to doorstep which made for laborious transport into my house. Otherwise everything was perfect, fast delivery and each time in perfect condition. They look to be high quality too.”

“Here’s my honest opinion…. Tiles are great and and at a great price, packed well for transport ( on their side edge) on a pallet. No broken or damaged tiles! The tiles were great to work with a cut nicely and give us the WOW factor and Mediterranean feel we wanted.. My only gripe to not give 100% positive review was the courier ( palletways) not much communication they wrong communication they said the tiles might come up to 11-15 pm at night( just ridiculous) I’d have paid for a difference courier if I’d known. But recommend Tiles 360 ..”

Your tiles look amazing. just to address the courier issue, we are unsure why you were advised that your delivery could be a very late delivery, Delivery with Palletways is an all day delivery and can be anything from 8am until 6 latest 6.30pm in the evening. “The tiles look great. We plan to have them laid next week, so will have a better picture of how they look once laid. I'm giving you a 4-star rating because when they were delivered the delivery lorry only had a small pallet trolley that couldn't be used to put the tiles on our stone drive. This meant that they were placed on the footpath and I had to move them all by hand. To improve your service, please can you use couriers that have the correct handling equipment to deliver your products to the satisfaction of your customers. Thank you”

Thank you for your comments regarding delivery. The delivery is made by a pallet truck to the kerbside only. However, at the driver's discretion, they may try to get the tiles onto a driveway if it is flat, the ground isn't loose and there are no steps.
