“Wonderful tiles , very good quality. Laid in a hallway with very irregular measurements including four doorways with sculpted door frames. Has made the entrance to the house a real feature with a Wow ! factor. Unfortunately I miscalculated the quantity required and needed one further box of five tiles - the shipping for this was £49 which was higher than the cost of the tiles £47. My mistake but what a hit !”

“Easy on line ordering. Requested sample tile which promptly was dispatched/received. Pleased with sample tile and purchased 6 boxes for my project however tiles purchased are thinner and less weighty than the sample tile! ( see attached photos of sample and purchased tile )Otherwise would have given a 5 star.”

“1st time I’ve used Tiles360 found the web site easy to navigate & found exactly what I needed at a competitive price the payment & checkout system was fine, but then after I had paid found a monumental problem they are going to dump my order on the pavement outside my property with a 10 hour time slot for delivery.. 30 years ago no problem BUT nowadays I’m nearly 70 years old suffering from advanced mestastic melanoma to my brain & lung & if I had known that the delivery was a kerbside drop I would of definitely gone elsewhere to a different supplier.. I have had to arrange for a family member to come in the evening & transport the tiles inside my property.. just hope they do not get stolen while I’m waiting for my family member to be available !”

“Tiles are great. Price is great. Support is great. Delivery not so good. The lorry delivering the tiles was almost too big to get down our road so it took two attempts over several days to deliver.”

“Received tiles ordered but not used as yet. Noticed a slight chip that was loose but as I got a sample for free hoping it won’t matter when it comes to the actual tiling. Love the colour.”

“The tile sample was very nice and arrived swiftly but unfortunately it did arrive cracked in half. Although this may have been the carriers fault but perhaps maybe could use more padding when shipping.”

We would like to cover the issues you have raised, The tile sample you did not receive was refunded. If you would have preferred to still receive that tile the customer service team would have been happy to re-send the sample. With regards to the grout colour it is very much a personal preference, we do however try our best and supply information for colours available, as we only have a limited amount of colours available on our site. “Would be 5star but for the issue that delivery which is kerbside only was not even to doorstep which made for laborious transport into my house. Otherwise everything was perfect, fast delivery and each time in perfect condition. They look to be high quality too.”

“Here’s my honest opinion…. Tiles are great and and at a great price, packed well for transport ( on their side edge) on a pallet. No broken or damaged tiles! The tiles were great to work with a cut nicely and give us the WOW factor and Mediterranean feel we wanted.. My only gripe to not give 100% positive review was the courier ( palletways) not much communication they wrong communication they said the tiles might come up to 11-15 pm at night( just ridiculous) I’d have paid for a difference courier if I’d known. But recommend Tiles 360 ..”

Your tiles look amazing. just to address the courier issue, we are unsure why you were advised that your delivery could be a very late delivery, Delivery with Palletways is an all day delivery and can be anything from 8am until 6 latest 6.30pm in the evening.
