“Did have an issue on delivery as most were broken. However the company arranged next day delivery of new ones and they were all fine. Really happy with the end product !”

“The tiles look great. We plan to have them laid next week, so will have a better picture of how they look once laid. I'm giving you a 4-star rating because when they were delivered the delivery lorry only had a small pallet trolley that couldn't be used to put the tiles on our stone drive. This meant that they were placed on the footpath and I had to move them all by hand. To improve your service, please can you use couriers that have the correct handling equipment to deliver your products to the satisfaction of your customers. Thank you”

Thank you for your comments regarding delivery. The delivery is made by a pallet truck to the kerbside only. However, at the driver's discretion, they may try to get the tiles onto a driveway if it is flat, the ground isn't loose and there are no steps.

“I am happy with my tiles, they arrived when expected and were well packaged and with no damage - and they look good. My only criticism is that the calculator for the number of tiles needed for the space I had over-calculated and I have a complete full box which is surplus to requirement, plus two thirds of a further box. One does need to have some spare tiles but not that many.”

Thank you for your review and rating. Regarding the excess tiles, we sell in full cartons only so the SQM area input into the calculator rounds the area up to full cartons. This is why you will have an excess amount.

“The tiles we purchased were initially out of stock.The customer service team at Tiles360 were brilliant at keeping us up to date re future stock availability and contacted me as soon as they were available to purchase, which was months after our first communication. I'm so pleased we waited, they were definitely worth the wait. Unique looking and good quality tiles. I've only deducted 1* from review as tiles were not delivered on the date booked and caused a bit of an issue as we had to leave them out in the street.”

Thank you for rating and review. We are sorry to hear there was a delay with your delivery. There are still a few issues with the HGV delivery network but they are achieving 95% of delivery on a preferred date selected.

“Very happy with the service and the site, helping me to work out sizes needed etc. The thing I’m not overly happy about is that the tiles I bought Calabria Light Grey don’t really match the photos - they are a lot more grey than stone looking like they are in the pictures, and the rough edges to make them look like stone seem to be entirely straight. I’m really hoping they look better when fitted which will be in a few weeks…and the problem of course is how to return 11 boxes of tiles so now I’m stuck with them.”

Thank you for your review and kind words regarding our service and website. We are sorry to hear you are not 100% happy with your tiles. Depending on your personal settings on your computer or phone, the tiles on the website can be a slightly different colour in reality to that shown on an image. For this reason, we encourage customers to order a sample tile of the product they are interested in so they can see the actual colour as the colour on a website cannot be guaranteed. These tiles do have a varying light grey tone to replicate the appearance of real stone.

“Beautiful tiles with decent prices and purchasing was great with a spot-on delivery time. Actual delivery, less so. Turned up really late – so much so I thought they weren't coming and had gone out only for them to call once they had unexpectedly arrived - why they couldn't have called beforehand to give me an ETA I have no idea - then for my tiles to get dumped in the rain on my drive way. I attempted to return tiles I didn't need but found this to be fraught with issues - how can you return unopened tiles and then be expected to take responsibility if they get damage in return transit? Returning was prohibitively expensive with the suggested pallet return company so haven't bothered.”

Thank you for your review and rating. We are sorry to hear you didn't get any call regarding the time of your delivery. This is not an excuse but the whole pallet delivery network is under immense pressure that we are aware some customers are not getting the communication expected. The delivery is to kerbside only so the delivery driver wouldn't have taken them any nearer to your door. Regarding the returns process, we have one of the best returns policies for online tiles. We recommend returning tiles via a palletised service as we know, from experience, that using a courier company will result in many damages meaning the tiles are not returned in a resaleable condition and therefore not eligible for a refund.

“Loves these tiles! Such good quality and really gives that country/farmhouse/rustic vibe! A few tiles were broken in one of the boxes but we had enough thankfully. My husband isn’t 100% keen on them because he prefers a more modern look but I’m in love! I’ll try to upload a picture once the whole kitchen has come together :)”

“Good range of tiles.. easy to order. didn't arrive on day selected so emailed. Very quick phone response establishing delivery co. had changed date. Came on second date. All fine but name on packs different from name on website but it was the same tile as the sample with a different name. Odd, but happy with tiles and tiler is too.”

Thank you for your review and rating. We are sorry that your delivery was delayed but due to the current situation with HGV drivers, we currently can't 100% guarantee delivery will happen on the selected date. Regarding the tile name being different on the box, - this is the factory name of the tile. We rename them for the website but they are the same tile as advertised.

“Samples all arrived safely and Tiles360 had a great range. The delivery driver was really helpful too - not strictly Tiles360 but the delivery is in many ways the most important part. The only downside was the tiles came the day after the day I'd booked so my partner wasn't in as we'd arranged. Someone rang fairly late on the day to let me know and of course these things happen but it did make life more difficult. Even though our property is a long way from where he could park his lorry, the driver brought them to the edge of our property. We haven't installed the tiles yet but I think they will look great.”
