Given totally the wrong tile had to accept paying for a small order and then you had that nerve to deduct a payment for return would not recommend you to anyone

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your review. We acknowledge your comments but your review is not entirely valid. First of all, You did not purchase a sample tile, which we advise all customers to do as this is the best way for people to see the tiles in person and make a more informed decision. Our customer service team helped with the delivery charges and refunded the charges straight away as you requested to collect the tiles. As a good will gesture on the day of collection you were given 2 FOC tiles, We were made aware by our supplier that you and your wife were not 100% sure about the tiles on that day but you decided to take the tiles anyway. And to finish when you asked to return the tiles, AGAIN as a good will gesture we did not deduct the cancellation charge of £35 from you because you asked to bring the tiles back in person. The charge you speak of for £2.50 is actually out of our hands and is a charge for using your card. Again we are sorry you felt you needed to leave a negative review but we feel we have been more than helpful and our customer services team has gone above and beyond for you Kind Regards Team 360

Hi Tiles360 I was really disappointed when I opened my sample tile, it was broken into about six pieces, This was due to the poor way it was packaged, I didn’t even show it to my customer, I’ve since purchased another tile from a local supplier for the job .

Bought black sonic metro tiles. Very poor quality tiles. They all started breaking after 2 months of installation. Will never buy from them. Such a wastage of material and labour cost. Prefer to buy from shops at least will get good customer service.

Hi Sonal, Thank you for your review. We appreciate reviews from customers either positive or negative but we would just like to make a point over your comments. As discussed with you over several emails, we sell a lot of the Sonic tile and have not had any other reports of this issue. Our customer services team took the time to look into this issue for you, the buyers of the tiles who have extensive knowledge of this tile even reviewed your emails and pictures. As you were advised the tiles themselves and the way that the grout was shown to be cracking suggested that the tiles had been fitted to an unsuitable surface, which had caused movement and so brought on the cracks. We as a company try to resolve any issues that we can as soon as possible for customers, but unfortunately when it is not a tile quality issue we were unable to do anymore for you.

The sample tiles were beautiful & I tried over & over to order them, but the page was "Not found" on the Blue tiles. All the other colours' pages were available, but the link to the Blue just wouldn't work. I tried for a few days. They responded to my enquiry fairly quickly, but we had already bought some different tiles from elsewhere by then.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about a technical error when you wanted to order on that page. You did email us to ask for help on the matter on a Saturday afternoon. Although the internet/website works 24/7, we (as employees) only work Monday to Friday office hours so, unfortunately, we were unable to rectify the issue and reply to you until the Monday morning

Awful! never got a tile, n to chase 2 weeks then they said it was the wrong address on my order, and again waited... when I asked for a refund, they did it only for an item, but I have paid for delivery as well (even nobody delivered an item)...

Thank you for your review. You didn't receive your sample tiles as you put the wrong delivery address when you ordered them. Once you contacted us to ask where they were, this is when the mistake was realised. We contacted the courier company and gave them the new delivery address but it needed to go to a different depot. Because you didn't get the samples the following day, you requested a refund which we did straightaway for the full amount you paid for the sample tiles. There was no refund for delivery as delivery to you was free!

Ordered a tile sample from yourselves, waste of time the tile came all smashed to pieces in the box and was nowhere near the colour of the actual picture nor design. Safe to say I went elsewhere

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn your sample tile arrived smashed. If you had contacted us we could have addressed the issue. We have issued you a full refund today for the cost of the damaged tile you received. Regarding the sample not looking like the image, we do state that tiles can differ in colour slightly from that shown in pictures on the website due to a personal choice of device brightness settings. You did exactly the right thing by ordering a sample before placing an order so you could assess if the colour was right for you, which on this occasion wasn't.

The reason for one star review is as follows. I had to pay £70 for one pack of tiles that was £32. I had ordered 3 packs of tiles previously and paid £25 for delivery which was fine. However we did some work on our wall and needed just one pack to replace the tiles we had. So we only needed one pack. Delivery has since jumped up to £55 for my area which is in London. In addition they added a £15 surcharge for a ‘small order’. This is why I had to pay more than double the cost of the item itself. I did phone and discuss with them and explained I was a previous customer, they said there was nothing they could do. I was essentially held to ransom and had little choice but to go with the order as half the large wall in my kitchen has the same tiles. Can’t source them anywhere else. I explained that I now wish I had gone with another national chain for tiles as they charge far less for delivery or have stores around the country where you can collect. It’s a shame as people want to support local or small businesses but these prices are simply too high. More acceptable if you are bulk buying I suppose. The tiles themselves are absolutely fine.

Thank you for your review and rating. We appreciate all reviews whether positive or negative about our products and services. We totally understand why you would be frustrated with the cost of delivery. We try and make all our prices as fair as possible for everyone but unfortunately, we have had to make some price adjustments to cover the ever-increasing costs of manufacture and delivery of tiles. The introduction of a small order surcharge of £15 for orders under £100 is just one of the ways as a company we have been able to keep our tile prices as low as possible during these testing times. Let me explain this further. Due to the nature and fragility of the product, all orders are delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery companies charge in weight bands with the smallest being a weight up to 250kg. This means we are charged the same price whether that is 1 carton or 20 cartons. We actually pay more than we charge a customer for a palletised delivery. Once prices of fuel and energy are more stable and come down to an acceptable level for everyone, the small order surcharge will be removed from the delivery cost to our customers.

Rubbish service. Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered £40 worth of tiles. Total cost £100 (£60 delivery charges). I cancelled the order prior to it being delivered and they said they’d only refund £40. Worst company I’ve dealt with in my life!! AVOID!!!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews about our service and products. As explained to you on the phone and via email, as you cancelled this order on the delivery due date, and as stated in our terms and conditions, any order cancelled after it has been despatched or refused at the point of delivery will not have any delivery charges refunded. This is because we are still charged by the carrier companies for the service regardless of whether the delivery took place or not to your property. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the delivery and charge. We are therefore unable to refund this to customers.

We are so very sorry your order was so late. We tried our very best to get your tiles to you but unfortunately, your local depot closed for several days without notice to clear backlogs. We totally agree that the delivery service you received is not acceptable and have also put in a complaint to the delivery network.

Tiles were faulty- company replaced them but delayed job by a week so we incurred extra cost of our plumbers time. Would not recommend

We are very sorry that faulty tiles were sent to you. Although we do quality check all tiles, there are rare occasions where some will slip through due to the nature of the tile. this was one of those occasions, unfortunately. Once the issue was highlighted to us by your plumber, we swiftly sent replacements for the project to be completed. We can only apologies again for any inconvenience this course you.

The tiles are ok. Delivery was horrendous. Driver was rude and refused to help my wife, or even talk to her civilly. He dumped the tiles on the road and drove off leaving my wife to move them herself. Will not use again.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that the delivery driver was rude and we will be looking into this with our delivery partners. With regards to the tiles being left on the roadside, we do state that all deliveries are to kerbside only. This is a standard delivery policy for all online tile retailers as orders are delivered via a palletised service. Also due to current COVID restrictions, it is important to maintain distance for the safety of our customers and the delivery drivers.

Tiles arrived to the store in Crawley smashed to pieces no one from the store then called to let me know so I went along to collect. Once there it took the staff ages to find my order to then be told it was not fit for collection. I was told to call the Newcastle branch as it was a web order and they were amazing sent them to me the next day free of charge. Poor store quality control and poor customer service. Let’s hope when the tiles arrive for the second time they are ok!

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review. As mentioned in all our correspondence to you, the tiles arrived back to us completely damaged and not in a saleable condition. Like all companies, we accept returns without question but we must be able to sell them to another customer in order to give a refund when they are returned. Your returned tiles were so damaged we had to put them in the skip. We sent you full details of returning tiles to us including strongly advising you to take a photo of the packaged tiles before they are collected by your chosen courier. This is advised so should damage occur during transit, you can make a claim from the courier you used. You told us you did not take any photos before the courier collected. Below are the photos we took of your tiles (and sent to you) to aid you in such a claim. Finally, we always recommend that a sample tile is purchased prior to placing an order so you can check the tile is exactly what you want so it avoids the need to return any tiles if they are not right for you.

Hi Gary, your samples were sent via Royal Mail on 3rd June and an email sent to you to say they had been shipped. We will contact you tomorrow to resolve the non-delivery.
