“Didn’t deliver on the selected day (I’d taken the day off and driven 2hrs to the property). The tracking website is completely useless. Then said they’d deliver on the Monday (I only had the weekend to do the tiling before the plumber was booked to go back in). They didn’t deliver on the Monday. I was trying to find out where they were (they never reached out to me) and it went radio silent despite being told they’d find out for me. A neighbour happened to be outside on the Wednesday night as the delivery driver was about to leave so received them for me. I can’t believe I paid £45 for this delivery ‘service’. Will never order again from here.”

“Very disappointed re shipping costs at £49 for 2 boxes of tiles which was not fully explained before purchase. Every other business calculates this at checkout. My second order, despite being submitted before 11am for next day delivery, did not arrive on time and the tiler had to return for a third day.”

“Arrived broken, emailed twice, 1st email the day they were delivered as instructed on the email, no reply. Shame really as we were going to order outdoor tiles for a huge area but will go else where now”

“Packaging was terrible. Tiles arrived broken. Sample of 1 tile was so small it wouldn't really help to give us an idea of it in the room. Glad we didn't have to pay for it, but it also doesn't build confidence to have a larger order of tiles delivered.”

“Awful experience. Your system autofilled the details/address of an ex partner and gave no opportunity to see, check or amend those details before confirmation. The order was despatched before my email complaint was acknowledged. This I can excuse, but to then still get a review request with the same incorrect details after informing you of the issue is frustrating so here's my review: 0*”

“The sample I received was a small section of the original tile, making it very difficult to imagine what the tile looks like in real life, nevermind what the pattern would look like on a larger scale. So, receiving a piece of a patterned tile was not helpful at all to try to envision a project. I would understand receiving a small piece more, if the tile was just one tone...but it makes no sense on a patterned tile sample.”

“Tiles are terrific. Good quality and very happy with them Tiles 360 are horrendous!! Delivery promised for Wed, then promised for Thurs before 10 am, eventually arriving at almost 4pm. 2 days paying tilers for nothing! Very disappointed and I’ll never order from them again!”

“So unfortunately Tiles360 sent me the wrong order (I ordered 10 boxes of one colour and 14 boxes of another and they got it round the wrong way). I realised the mistake after their returns window - but all I wanted was them to swap the 4 boxes over for the right colour. But they refused point blank even though I stated several times I didn't want a refund just an exchange. Even after sending photographic evidence of the mistake they said their warehouse sent the right order and pretty much accused me of lying. They offered to come pick up the extra boxes as a peace offering but refused to combine that with an exchange. The only solution was to shell out nearly £100 to order more and pay for full delivery. Its such a shame as they are lovely tiles. If you do order from them check every box because they are not sending out orders correctly and if you don't tell them immediately they will blame the customer.”

“Delivery charges far to expensive for the delivery of 2 boxes of tiles. Delivery would have doubled the cost of the required tiles. Tiles360 not able to offer a cheaper delivery option.”
